Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Beverage Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production facility. In this critical role, you will lead a team of production and maintenance staff to ensure efficient manufacturing of high-quality cannabis‑infused beverages, including soft drinks, juices, RTD teas, or similar products.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of food and beverage production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will drive operational excellence, optimize production efficiency, and contribute to scaling our production capacity while maintaining product integrity and cost control. You should be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving segment of the beverage industry, able to adapt quickly to changing regulations and market demands.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor production lines for efficiency, output, and quality.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of 50+ production associates, including hiring, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement and enforce HACCP, CDPH, DCC, and SQF standards to ensure product safety, consistency, and compliance. Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and cost reductions using lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs (e.g., OEE, yield, downtime), and present data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability. Champion workplace safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and maintain OSHA compliance.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Must have Lean Manufacturing certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP)
• 5+ years of experience in beverage production management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in high‑volume manufacturing environments (e.g., bottling lines, canning, aseptic processing).

As a MEMS Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the setup, execution, and continuous improvement of our MEMS and flowcell production processes. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Perform daily cleanroom manufacturing processes including wet processing, resist coating, chemical vapor deposition, mechanical assembly, and visual inspections using high-powered microscopes (bright field/dark field).
• Support installation and qualification of new equipment, fixtures, and tools, coordinating with Facilities and Engineering.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Revise and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs), preventive maintenance schedules, and process documentation.
• Set up efficient workstations and workflows to ensure smooth production.
• Collect process data and apply SPC principles to monitor and control yield and performance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in cleanroom and GMP best practices.
• Document continuous improvement (Kaizen/A3) projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING US

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEMS, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven cleanroom experience with contamination control and GMP compliance.

You'll fully own the nervous system of the most advanced FGF/FDM 3D printers on Earth, from PCBs to control packaging and harnessing. Your mission: build E/E systems that ruthlessly reduce complexity, are easy to assemble and support, and scale fast. Specifically, you will:

• Execute full PCB design cycle: requirements, schematic design, component selection, layout, bring-up, test, debug and integration.

• Execute the mechanical design of the most advanced FGF/FDM 3D printers on Earth, from initial concept through testing and deployment.
• Eliminate expensive, complex assemblies with radically simple designs that minimize part count, are trivial to build, and scale fast.
• Develop novel tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly of structural parts.
• Develop process flows, breaking down large assemblies into a logical part flow of subassemblies and sub-processes.
• Create excellent technical documentation – test plans and reports, assembly instructions, inspection requirements, part and assembly drawings, vendor specifications, BOMs, etc.
