PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This positionis responsibleforleading and managing the engineering team responsible for developing, improving, andoptimizingmanufacturing processes to achieve operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Create, test, document and approveECN's(engineering change notice)as needed to effectively address warranty issues, manufacturing requests and/orpurchasingrequests.

• Serve asa technicalliaison between Horn Lake manufacturing team and Milwaukee based product engineering teams with respect to new product development to ensure manufacturabilityof products. Specific responsibilities will include assisting with BOM's(bill of materials)as needed,developlabortimes, standardoperatingproceduresand written work instructions.

• Interface askey technical contact with RHPC engineering in Milwaukee.

• Meet established welding and assembly design criteria by ensuring compliance with work procedures and instructions.

• Analyzes andplansspace requirements, workflow and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

• Ensure that all required tooling is in place andmeetsengineering designcriteria.

• Responsible for the facility management of the Horn Lake facility on aday-to-daybasis.This includes theloadingdock equipment,forklifts, production equipment,machines,and operation of the mechanical equipment from plumbing to electrical.This position alsois responsible for theday-to-dayquality audits and feedback to the production team on a daily/weekly basis.

• Ensure compliance withthe engineeringbudget that is in place on an annual basis.

• Review/ order engineered product to ensure product structures and BOM's are correct.Work with Applications and Engineering to build labor and quality standards asrequired. He/she willassistandrecommend inthe automation of equipment and processes toassistin the ergonomic and productivity of manufacturing RHPC products.

• In conjunction with manufacturing andpurchasing, complete Value Analysis projects to reduce current costs through redesign and/or use of alternate components.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S to enhance efficiency, reducewasteand improve product quality.

• Manage capital projects, including equipmentselection, layout planning, and justification for investment.

• Analyze production metrics and root cause issues to improve, reduce downtime, and enhance process liability.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Mechanical,Industrial, or ManufacturingEngineeringor related fieldas well as five+years related experience including supervisory responsibility (or project management responsibilities) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must have working knowledge of Solid works and AutoCAD(or equivalent software).Thorough knowledge of BOM structures and itemmastersasrequiredfor manufacturing and engineering support.

• In addition, knowledge of JD Edwardsrequiredas needed for engineering purposes.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP.

Title: Debug Technician

Location: Memphis, TN

Shift: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (40 hours per week with occasional overtime)

Pay: $35/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Debug Technician to perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level diagnostics on complex server and data center hardware. This role supports the repair and analysis of multilayer PCB assemblies used in high-performance computing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with server-class electronics and the ability to diagnose complex hardware issues using advanced test equipment and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level debug on complex multilayer PCB assemblies used in server and data center hardware.

• Diagnose issues within high-speed digital, power distribution, and mixed-signal circuits using schematics, PCB layout files, POST codes, BIOS logs, boundary scan tools, and diagnostic utilities.

• Utilize advanced electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and automated test platforms.

• Execute precision rework and debugging of fine-pitch and large-body BGA components using controlled thermal profiles, X-ray verification, and industry-standard rework techniques.

• Conduct root cause failure analysis to identify recurring failure modes and support corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve hardware functionality issues, refine debugging methodologies, and improve repair processes.

• Develop and maintain detailed debug guides, troubleshooting flowcharts, and repair documentation to standardize diagnostic processes.

• Track yield performance, repair cycle times, and failure trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist with installation, validation, and optimization of advanced test and rework equipment.

• Ensure strict adherence to ESD, safety, and quality standards when handling sensitive electronic components.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to improve team capability and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise server, storage, or networking hardware repair.

• Strong understanding of server power architecture, VRM design, and high-speed signal integrity fundamentals.

• Experience troubleshooting DDR memory, PCIe interfaces, and other high-speed interconnect technologies.

• Ability to read and interpret complex electronic schematics and PCB layout files.

• Hands-on experience with advanced electronic test and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities include supporting and coordinating project related activities with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and maintaining PLM system. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and develop technical and problem-solving skills under the guidance of experienced engineers.

What will you be doing.

- Support Senior & Staff engineers in executing manufacturing projects, process improvements, and validation activities

- Assist with data collection, analysis, and documentation related to manufacturing processes

- Help develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and reports

- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions

What you will do – Essential responsibilities

• Automotive Technicians diagnose, recondition and repair vehicles to ensure CarMax customers can drive away feeling safe and at ease
• Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
• Build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization

Qualifications and requirements

• Experience in one or more of the following: engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, heating and air conditioning
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy objects, and walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
