Oversee ingestion and transformation pipelines (batch + streaming) using tools like Fivetran, Informatica, ADF, dbt, or PySpark.
Define and enforce data governance, lineage, security, and masking standards leveraging Unity Catalog and best-in-class compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, PHI/PII).
Collaborate with business, analytics, and data science teams to align architecture with AI/ML and predictive analytics initiatives.
Partner with IT leadership on cloud cost optimization, performance tuning, and architecture strategy across Azure/AWS/GCP.
Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Data Architecture or Advanced Data Engineering at enterprise scale.
Proven hands-on expertise with Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
Strong experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA data models (ACDOCA, BKPF, BSEG, MARA, LIPS) and related integrations.
Deep knowledge of SQL, Python, PySpark, and cloud ETL tools (ADF, Informatica, Fivetran, dbt).

As a Land Development and Entitlements Director- Build to Rent ("BTR") working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for understanding and executing all components of the land entitlements planning and development processes applicable to higher-density build to rent developments.
