Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth for fabrication capabilities and tube-based assembly services.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • 3+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or OEM sales experience.
  • Proven success in new business development and consultative technical selling.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.

Job Summary

To assist the Production Manager by overseeing the manufacturing process on an operating shift and performing responsibilities of the manager as needed. This position will create and coordinate strategic decisions regarding staffing, planning, training, performance and communication across all shifts. This position requires a visible and engaged leadership style that empowers and promotes involvement, communication, clear expectations, accountability and a passion for excellence.


Essential Job Functions

  • Coach, mentor and develop employees, which includes production supervisors and VSTLs across all shifts to ensure alignment of strategy across the entire value stream. Identify and develop high potential employees for greater levels of responsibility and scope of position
  • Lead and sustain strategic Value Stream improvements by driving accountability, optimizing performance metrics, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across operations.
  • Serve as the designated backup to the Production Manager, ensuring seamless continuity of daily operations and management-level communication by leading Tier III, Labor Planning, and L10 meetings in their absence.
  • Provide leadership oversight to Production Supervisors by reinforcing performance expectations, delivering developmental feedback, and mentoring emerging leaders, with readiness to assume direct supervisory responsibility when required.
