Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod (SRHCC) is a 60-bed inpatient rehab facility in Sandwich, MA, and part of the Spaulding Rehabilitation and Mass General Brigham system. We provide interdisciplinary care for patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic surgery, trauma, amputation, and medically complex conditions.

Position Summary

Spaulding Cape Cod and it’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Associates of the Massachusetts General Physician Organization is seeking a Board-Certified Physiatrist (PM&R) to join our inpatient team in a full-time, community-based role (no academic or research obligations). The physiatrist will serve as the attending and/or consultant for 12–16 patients, managing both medical and rehabilitation needs alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• • Daily rounding, admission H&Ps, progress notes, discharge summaries
  • Rehab-specific documentation: Physician Rehab Assessments, IPOCs, Interdisciplinary Team Conferences (ITCs)
  • Average 1 admission/day (max 2)
  • Respond to RRTs and codes as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings and call rotation, including weekends (typically 1:8)
  • Engage in hospital or division activities as assigned
  • Monday–Friday, approx. 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Qualifications

• • MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R
  • Eligible for MA licensure
  • Inpatient rehab experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Position Summary

Spaulding Cape Cod and it’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Associates of the Massachusetts General Physician Organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This is a community-based, non-academic role focused on direct patient care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The internist will serve as the attending physician, working closely with physiatrists, therapists, nurses, and case managers to support the medical needs of patients throughout their rehabilitation stay.

Key Responsibilities

• • Serve as the attending physician for 12–16 medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients
  • Provide comprehensive medical management including daily rounding, admission H&Ps, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • Average 1 admission per day (maximum of 2)
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support care planning and discharge readiness
  • Respond to Rapid Response Team activations and medical codes as needed
  • Participate in the call rotation, including weekends (typically 1:8)
  • Attend staff meetings and engage in hospital administrative activities as assigned
  • Optional opportunity to receive training in rehabilitation medicine

Schedule

• • Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Qualifications

• • MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine
  • Eligible for licensure in Massachusetts
  • Inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred
  • Interest in rehabilitation care or working in an interdisciplinary setting
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities of the Construction Supervisor:

· The primary point of contact on the jobsite, responsible for all subcontractors from the first shovel to the client move-in.

· Coordinating surveys, excavation, site utilities, foundation, cranes, rigging, carpentry, and final finishes.

· Lead and train carpenters, providing daily work lists and guidance to ensure quality and productivity.

· Maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and visitors.

· Clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and neighbors.

· Maintain a detailed daily log with photos and notes to ensure clear communication and a complete project record.

· Partner with the Project Manager to maintain a four-week lookahead schedule for materials, labor, and logistics.

· Maintain quality control on the job site at all times.

· Identify potential project risks and support closeout activities, including punch lists and warranty documentation.

· As the license holder, you will be asked to apply for permits and coordinate, prepare for, and manage all site inspections with municipalities.

· Work closely with product, engineering, and operations to integrate project requirements into modular building systems.

· Provide feedback on design for manufacturability (DFM) and installation processes.
