About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead industrial capital equipment installations, plant upgrades, and infrastructure projects within manufacturing environments.


This role combines technical engineering knowledge, project leadership, and field execution oversight. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while working directly with client personnel, contractors, and internal engineering teams.


The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in active industrial facilities while managing multiple project priorities. The position requires technical understanding, field presence, and hands-on involvement with project execution.


Responsibilities

Mount Alverna Village, part of Franciscan Ministries, is a vibrant senior living community located in Parma, Ohio. We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/ long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community. We are currently looking for CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our team!

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed
  • Observe and report any changes in resident’s physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers
  • Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education
  • Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family

Required skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • One year of caregiving experience
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must enjoy working with the senior population
