The Opportunity:

The Facilities Operations Landscape department within Facilities and Business Operations is looking for a Landscaper II to join their team! This will be a member of the Landscape Operations Projects team responsible for skilled installation and renovation of campus landscapes.

Responsibilities:


  • Support the Landscape Operations Projects Team by assisting with planning, coordinating, and executing landscape installation projects across campus.


  • Perform site preparation and install, transplant, or remove trees, shrubs, groundcover, and other landscape materials.


  • Assist the Hardscape Team with concrete removal and repairs, paver walkway work, pothole patching, and other small hardscape projects.


  • Provide support to the Urban Forestry team, including pruning, tree removals, stump grinding, and related tasks.


  • Remove, repair, and install site furnishings such as benches, trash receptacles, and other outdoor fixtures.


  • Coordinate project handoffs by identifying maintenance needs and providing sitespecific recommendations to maintenance crews.


  • Operate landscape and construction equipment safely and effectively as needed for project work.


  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of landscape operations.


Minimum Qualifications:

Completion of 9th grade and 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combinationof education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of landscape experience in a commercial or corporate environment, including installation, renovation, or multiphase outdoor project work.


  • Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, stump grinders, chainsaws, compactors, trenchers, or similar tools.


  • Familiarity with identifying plant materials and understanding proper planting techniques.


  • Knowledge of hardscape practices, including concrete repair, paver installation, or sitefurnishing installation.


  • Experience assisting with tree work (urban forestry), such as pruning, removals, or stump grinding.


  • Ability to work in extreme environments and collaborate with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences.


The most successful candidates may possess the following qualities:


  • Knowledge of proper maintenance of equipment: Cleaning, preserving finishes, checking fluid levels, and lubricating.


  • Basic computer skills, including email.

Rental Reservations Agent Jobs in Orlando, FL – Hiring Immediately

Westgate Resorts is hiring Full-Time Rental Reservations Agents in Orlando, FL with a unique hybrid work model100% in-office for the first 90 days, then fully remote after training and passing quality checks. This role starts at $16/hr or $16.50/hr for bilingual Spanish-speaking agents, with additional 10% evening differential and 15% weekend differential. As a Rental Reservations Agent, you will handle 40–50 inbound calls per day from Westgate guests, assisting with servicing reservations, general resort questions, reservation questions and collecting payments. This role requires strong communication skills, fast typing, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating multiple systems at once. We are hiring immediately for the upcoming 4/16 class.

This is a structured call‑center environment with 4 weeks of in-office training (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm) followed by 2 weeks of nesting training, both with no time off allowed during the first 90 days. After nesting, the permanent schedule becomes 12:30pm–9:00pm on weekdays (two weekdays off) and a 10:00am–6:00pm weekend schedule. Candidates with hospitality call center experience, sales, collections, front desk, or previous work-from-home success excel in this role. The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring new construction and renovation projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and will lead the coordination of all project activities from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules using computer-based scheduling software
  • Anticipate, identify, and negotiate changes to the documented scope of work
  • Coordinate and monitor all construction activities for new builds and facility upgrades
  • Administer contracts, including subcontracts and material purchasing, in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Implement project scope, schedules, and cost estimates for renovations, build-outs, new facilities, and acquisitions
  • Establish structure and organization for managing complex projects with a focus on quality, productivity, and consistency
  • Manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with and support the Estimating Department when appropriate

Background Profile

  • 5–10 years of commercial project management experience; retail construction (especially big‑box) is a plus
  • Knowledge of tilt‑wall, steel beam, and concrete construction is a plus
  • Strong analytical, budgeting, and scheduling capabilities
  • Proven experience preparing cost estimates, narratives, and formal proposals
  • Experience managing negotiated work
  • Ability to interpret and manage contract documents and scopes of work to ensure customer satisfaction and budget compliance
  • Knowledge of labor laws, construction contracts, construction administration, and dispute resolution
  • Experience with quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly organized approach to workflow and documentation
  • Relationship‑builder with a track record of maintaining strong professional partnerships
