Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX design or digital product design, ideally in an Agile environment.
• Strong portfolio showing sales-driven web design, digital marketing experience, and modern B2B or B2C website interfaces.
• Proficiency with Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
• Ability to work across several projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
• Strong ability to distill complex information into simple, usable designs.
• Familiarity with CMS-driven environments, component‐based design systems, and structured content workflows.

Position Summary:

The Construction Project Manager is responsible managing the construction of company-owned assets by third party contractors and ensuring successful results, which includes the operational and financial performance of projects. Construction Project Manager will work closely with other project stakeholders to align the development and execution of organization's long-term and short-term plans.

Responsibilities of the role will includes:

• Responsible to ensure project adherence to safety, quality, schedule and budget while bringing the project to completion within the designated set timeline

• Advise internal teams on asset management matters, including tenant communications, dispute resolution, and property-related documentation such as management agreements, easements, declarations, and access agreements.

• Partner with operational and investment teams to provide legal guidance on real estate initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.

• Assist with additional legal matters impacting the real estate platform, including governance, investment structuring, and capital formation.

• Coordinate with outside counsel and third-party advisors to execute transactions and manage legal risk.

The legal team is collaborative, stable, and closely integrated with the business. Attorneys work directly with senior leadership while maintaining autonomy in managing transactions and legal strategy.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Ability to obtain Pennsylvania in-house counsel certification if not already admitted in Pennsylvania.

• 5+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal department focused on commercial real estate transactions.

• Experience negotiating and documenting real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters.

• Familiarity with title and survey review, due diligence processes, and closing procedures.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business judgment skills.

• Ability to work effectively with business teams in a fast-paced transactional environment.

NexWealth, a registered investment advisor and multi-family office, is seeking an experienced Estate and Trust Attorney to support the firm's high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client base. This role works closely with firm leadership and client advisory teams to provide sophisticated estate, trust, and wealth transfer planning within a coordinated family office structure.

The position involves advising on complex estate planning strategies, trust structures, tax-efficient wealth transfer, and coordination with external counsel and advisors. The attorney will play a key role in aligning estate planning decisions with broader investment, tax, and legacy objectives.

The ideal candidate holds an LLM in Taxation and brings prior estate and trust experience from a law firm, RIA, family office, multi-family office, wealth management firm, or similar environment. This position is based in NexWealth's Philadelphia office.

Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional technical competence, strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders within a high-expectation, fiduciary-focused environment.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Advise high-net-worth clients on all aspects of wealth planning, including gift, estate, and income taxation, charitable giving, trust administration, wealth transfer and business succession matters
• Work closely with clients and their outside legal counsel
• Prior experience with wills, revocable trusts, premarital agreements, generation-skipping trusts, ILITs, GRATs, IDGTs, CLATs, LLC operating agreements, and related planning and transactional documents
• Meet with clients to review and discuss estate planning strategies and supervise document execution
• Research and draft memoranda on tax-related topics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• JD + LLM in Taxation
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with estates and trusts
• Experience working with and comfort communicating with high net worth clients
• Working knowledge of federal tax law
• Work in firm's Philadelphia office (this is not a remote position)
• Organized, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Willingness to provide professional references and undergo a background check and drug testing in accordance with local law/regulations.
