Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality systems.

Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of leading projects to successful completion.
6.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions.
7.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
8.
Proficiency in using engineering software and other relevant computer applications.
9.
A continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
10.
