We've been retained with an aerospace engineering scale-up who focus on advanced R&D and morphing structures. They've recently won government projects, working on wing designs and airframe structures of new aircraft.

They're looking for an Aerostructures Manager who will act as a technical leader for structural analysis and aerostructures design. The company will be scaling by 70 employees over the next 18 months and has big plans for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis methodology
• Guide engineers on best practices for aircraft structures
• Help shape wing structural design decisions
• Support clean-sheet aircraft development through testing and certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in aircraft structural design and analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft wing structural analysis.
