Position Summary
The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of the U.S. subsidiary, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. This role requires strong collaboration with the Italian parent company to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data, adherence to the U.S. GAAP, and alignment with global financial policies and international regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Coordinate with the Italian parent company on group reporting, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax regulations, including reporting requirements and filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions.
- Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, income tax and sales tax
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures, especially with European counterparts.
- Proficiency in Italian is a plus but not required.

Position Overview
We are seeking Maintenance Technicians with hands-on experience supporting automated manufacturing, robotics, or warehouse automation environments. This role is critical to maintaining continuous system operation and minimizing downtime across highly automated equipment and production systems.
The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems, working with PLC-controlled equipment, and performing both reactive and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced, high-automation setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain continuous operation of automated, robotic, and material handling systems by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying components
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and return equipment to service quickly and safely

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
MEMS Characterization Senior Engineer will work with design, process, and failure analysis engineer on assisting characterization and failure analysis of the MEMS device, while supporting technology development, product qualifications and quality monitoring. Employee will maintain and develop new test solutions, recommend hardware requirements based on existing trends in characterization.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintain MEMS test solutions for production failure analysis, collaborating with design and process engineering to further characterization efforts and drive yield improvement
- Ensuring hardware and software installations are maintained.
- Continuous improvement of characterization capabilities collaborating with MEMS development team
- Perform microphone, MEMS, assembly failure analysis
- Work with design and process engineer to define characterization requirements and support execution of the characterization, including submitting work order requests and writing characterization reports.
Qualifications
- Master of Science/Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical/Material/Physics (or related field) with 2-5 years’ experience. PhD is a plus
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging and with failure analysis of MEMS sensors is desired
- Familiar with material/device characterization using optical, electrical, mechanical methods
- Basic knowledge of acoustics and mechanics is an asset.

The Applications Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise, process development, and customer support related to industrial machinery. - Manage a specific customer portfolio within a defined region, serving as the primary point of contact
- Foster strong customer relationships, understand their business needs, and collaborate to enhance service processes for mutual benefit
- Assess customer needs and prioritize tasks, including triaging workload for hotline engineers
- Executes all activities in line with guidance from local management
- Responsible for processing day to day part sales and orders
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction Management: Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inbound inquiries, handling case logging, management, and follow-up.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with field service dispatchers and spare parts inquiries to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Case Handling and Resolution: Manage end-to-end resolution of cases, including but not limited to identifying part numbers, creating orders, and confirming delivery times with customers.
- Spare Parts Logistics: Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery and distribution of parts for customer service needs. Confirm delivery times and dispatch status for spare parts from the central warehouse.
KPI’s:
- Achieve overall company sales objectives and targets
- Business results measured by Customer Satisfaction (NPS), repeat machine sales, and after sales targets.
- Increase coverage of the ByCare Program
Key Skillset:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong general technical aptitude.
- Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and rapport-building with customers. Clear explanation of mechanical issues and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Quick learner adaptable to new challenges. Efficient multitasker with effective time management skills.
- Additional Skills & Requirements: Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce systems. Background in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred, with field service or customer support experience beneficial.

- High School Diploma and 3-5 years of work related experience.
