JOB DUTIES :
Performs on-site belt installation and preventative maintenance, this may include call outs for emergency repairs.

Repair heavy and/or lightweight conveyor belt using methods such as synthetic rubber repair, vulcanizing, while utilizing cutting edge splicing techniques and more.

Set up, tear down, and maintain support structure.

Grease and change out rollers as needed.

Installing and repairing industrial electrical components such as motors, gears, pulleys, and control panels.

Operate telehandlers, forklifts, and/or man-lifts.

Load and offload work trucks and semi-trailers.

Align and calibrate parts and mechanisms.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to determine work procedures.

Frontline customer service through answering questions, responding to complaints, completing requested tasks, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Occasional rigging to facilitate the lifting of belt rolls, presses, tools and materials to work areas at height.

Ensures that processes and environmental conditions comply with local and national regulatory agencies, and Motion’s safety standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Typically requires a technical degree and zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

MSHA Experienced Miner Surface AND Underground certification highly preferred.

1+ year of experience working belt line in either mining, aggregate, or other related industry preferred.

Forklift / telehandler certifications a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES :
Basic hand tool familiarity required, including knowledge, use, and understanding of a tape measure and units of measurement.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Perioperative and Procedural Services, the Principal Advisor for CSP serves as the system's senior subject‑matter expert and strategic leader for this procedural domain. In this capacity, the leader will functions as an enterprise‑level authority responsible for establishing standard practices, policies, and procedures for daily operations. The role also provides oversight and input into the system capital replacement plan and operational KPIs. A Brief Overview

The position will also gather, analyze, and share key performance indicators (KPIs) across the system to support transparency, promote accountability, and drive continuous improvement at both the local and system levels. What You Will Do

* Key Responsibilities:
* System-Level Leadership & Strategic Oversight: Serve as the system-wide clinical expert for assigned procedural specialty (CSP/HLD, OR, Endoscopy, Cath/IR) based on evidence based best practices, protocols, and technological advancement to enhance patient safety, workflow efficiency and clinical outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with site permits and plans (indirect discharge, SPCC, SWPPP, Air)
  • Manage and ensure compliance with the waste management program (hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal)
  • Become a technical expert on site process technologies
  • Help operations navigate complex regulations and company standards.
  • Establish both a short term and long term EHS strategy for the site in conjunction with guidance from the Plant Manager and CCC/Chemviron Center of Excellence
  • This EHS strategy shall be monitored as a KPI across the site and the incumbent will establish accountability channels to ensure that all levels of the organization delivers EHS results
  • This individual shall also participate and lead cultural transformation across the site to achieve sustainable results
  • Work closely with the Regional Center of Excellence leaders to verify quality of programs and processes via audit and self-assessment tools
     

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required (preferably in an Environmental Management discipline, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering)
  • A master’s degree or equivalent is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required
  • 3-5 years of working knowledge and expertise in Environmental regulations and maintaining compliance with pertinent regulations is required
  • 3-5 years of strong EHS and in OSHA/EPA regulations and reporting experience is required

Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
  • Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.

  • New crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
  • Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with good driving record

Job Description Summary: Electronic Imaging Technician at Van Wert Hospital from 8am-230pm 4 days a week.

Works under the direction of the Manager of Radiology Support Services (Imaging Service Center).

Conducts technical support to internal and external customers by efficiently performing a wide variety of tasks utilizing Picture and Archive Communications systems (PACS) technology with the ultimate goal of accurate and efficient utilization of electronic/manual image and data storage, reporting and distribution methodologies.

Responsibilities And Duties: 40%Receives calls from external and internal customers who are needing images and/or reports.

Assists PACs users throughout the organization in the use of PACS product to improve and assure accuracy of the patient imaging medical record.

Educate physicians on use of all applicable software.

Assist the radiologist, other physicians, and staff in the execution of their duties by acting as a resource person for timely, effective use of electronic and manual files of imaging records.

Provide customers comprehensive technology problem determination and resolution using documented procedures and available tools.35 % Retrieve and/or create patients' electronic folders.

Access reports and/or other patient exam data via the RIS, PACS and related software systems.

Communicate reports and/or image data to the appropriate physician and other customers in a timely manner.

Re-print and package images via PACS, and/or CDs for distribution and delivery to physicians and other customers utilizing proper quality assurance measures.
