Role: MEP Engineer – Capital Projects
Location: North Chicago, IL/Milwaukee, WI/Indianapolis, IN

Objective:
Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations meet the approved design, performance standards, and regulatory requirements through inspection, verification, and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Systems
- Inspect electrical equipment, wiring, and installations to ensure compliance with approved designs and regulations.
- Review instrument calibration certificates and loop testing documents.
- Check instrument air systems, tubing, and junction box installations.
- Verify grounding, bonding, and safety disconnect systems.
- Inspect motor control centers (MCC), variable frequency drives (VFD), and power distribution systems.

Mechanical Systems

We are seeking two Senior Project Managers to lead large-scale industrial manufacturing projects across North America. These are high-visibility roles overseeing complex initiatives ranging from $1M–$35M in scope.
Location: Fully remote, with strong preference for candidates based near a major airport hub — Chicago (Northbrook preferred), Atlanta, Northern NJ, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, or Los Angeles.
Travel: ~50% (U.S. & Mexico). No extended weekend stays expected.
Role Overview
1⃣ Bilingual Senior Project Manager (Spanish Required)
One hire must be fully bilingual (near-native Spanish & English) and will lead significant consolidation initiatives in Mexico, including plant combinations, regulatory/permitting coordination, workforce transitions, and operational ramp-ups.
This individual will interact with government officials and executive leadership and must operate confidently in politically sensitive environments.
2⃣ Senior Project Manager – North America Focus

Engineers IT Automation to join our team in Northbrook, IL.
Job Description Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure Infrastructure Automation platform to support our cloud migration, software modernization and business objectives.
Deliver Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) solutions to serve customer, product, developer, and operations needs throughout the entire life cycle, to enable software engineering teams to increase the velocity of code and application releases.
Foster and evangelize a team culture where serving our platform customers is the primary mission, by continuously monitoring and analyzing customer feedback for platform related pain points and emphasizing with customer requests and requirements.
Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and monitoring systems to ensure the platform’s availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot platform issues and work with the Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to resolve them.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, and Development teams to deliver self-service platform capabilities to improve the developer experience.
Collaborate with IT Operations and Network Operations Center to enable management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure and applications and deliver stable and fault tolerant solutions to achieve application availability targets.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance Automation team to incorporate automated testing for infrastructure and application deployment pipelines.
Partner with Compliance and Security teams to ensure infrastructure and applications meet compliance standards and are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
Participate in ITIL-based change, incident, and problem management processes for automation platform solutions.
Create and maintain documentation, including platform requirements, functional specifications, and operational procedures.
Assist with mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Use a business mindset to manage the platform expense and budget in the form of product show/charge backs, in partnership with the IT Finance Division.
Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3 days per week.
Job Requirements PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or the foreign equivalent, and 5 years of relevant work experience.
In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Utilizing Scrum/Agile software development methodology and modern software delivery.
(2) Providing Azure core services and the Azure portal, including Azure subscriptions, resource groups, networking, compute, storage, backups, data analytics, security, identity, governance, and IaaS and PaaS.
(3) Provisioning and managing Windows and Linux servers with Terraform.
(4) Utilizing Jira and Confluence to enhance collaboration and streamline workflows.
(5) Utilizing infrastructure and Application Performance Monitoring tools to optimize the performance of the systems.
JOB SITE: 2375 Waterview Drive, Northbrook, IL 60062 WORK HOURS: Full Time (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) PAY RANGE: $153,317.00 to $153,317.00 per year Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
