MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

- Providing daily supervision and mentorship

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our orthopedic and regenerative team. This role is primarily clinic-based and includes personalized patient evaluation, in-office procedures, and regenerative therapies. There is also the opportunity to assist in the operating room, typically up to one day every two weeks or as needed.
Prior experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or regenerative care is strongly preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered and supported through a structured 90-day onboarding and training program to build confidence and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide thoughtful, patient-centered evaluations and follow-up care for shoulder, knee, and related musculoskeletal conditions.
- Assist in the operating room for sports and arthroscopic procedures (typically 2x/month or as backup).
- Perform or support office-based procedures, including:
- Diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound- Ultrasound-guided joint and tendon injections (e.g., corticosteroid, HA, PRP)- Adipose tissue harvest for orthobiologic use
- Collaborate closely with the supervising physician to deliver customized, integrative treatment plans.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and regenerative strategies.
- Contribute to the growth of our future longevity medicine program, which will integrate evidence-based protocols to optimize musculoskeletal performance and overall vitality.
Qualifications
