Project Superintendent – Heavy Highway Construction

$90,000 – $120,000 + bonus + benefits

A leading heavy civil contractor in the Northeast is looking to appoint a Project Superintendent to oversee highway and infrastructure construction projects across Massachusetts.

This is a field-based leadership role responsible for managing crews, subcontractors, and project delivery on complex roadway and paving projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The Role

As Project Superintendent, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site operations on heavy highway construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising field crews, subcontractors, and vendors on active construction sites
• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in compliance with regulatory standards (OSHA, traffic control requirements, etc.)
• Managing daily job progress, documentation, and reporting
• Monitoring productivity, costs, and project performance
• Coordinating materials, equipment, and workforce requirements
• Maintaining communication with project managers, clients, and internal teams
• Participating in project planning, estimating, and bid support
• Ensuring quality control standards and contractual obligations are met

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supervising heavy civil or highway construction projects
• Strong experience managing field crews and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
• Knowledge of DOT construction standards and roadway projects
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including night work when required

Preferred

• Experience working on state DOT highway projects
• Background in asphalt paving, roadway rehabilitation, or heavy civil construction
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred but not essential)

The Clinical Affairs Manager will provide clinical expertise, insight, and support to clinical end-users, clinical sales specialists, sales team, Regulatory, Engineering, marketing, and other corporate departments on safe and effective use of the Teleflex Medical product portfolio with primary emphasis on the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise. This position will support the appropriate clinical application of the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise via didactic, web-based, and teleconference education, and understanding of these products and best practices. Clinical support will be provided to physicians, nurses, techs, etc., to include support for live cases/proctorships in the therapeutic areas related to focus products. The Clinical Affairs Manager will drive innovation by identifying product attributes necessary to expand into new markets, or capitalize on new clinical applications; identify new, clinically driven product and market opportunities; and perform other related duties as required. Off-label support for Teleflex products in accordance with Teleflex policy & local legal regulations

Manage utilization of HCPs in accordance with Teleflex IPPs. Coordinate efforts between cross-functional partners, including Medical Affairs, Global Research & Scientific Services, marketing, and R&D. Coordinate, participate, and manage educational, scientific activities at identified local, regional, and national trade shows/exhibitions. Serve as part of the CMA clinical expert team on product applications and troubleshooting when interfacing with SBU Leadership, Clinical Sales Specialists, and Teleflex team members. Participate as a clinical expert on project teams, committees, and in meetings with various corporate departments to provide guidance as to the clinical perspectives for the Coronary/Structural franchise. Build and support infrastructure for speaker programs supporting Teleflex Academy, webinars, training content, and programs. Coordinate and participate in content development and review of education material as needed by IA BU or CMA. Manage all business-associated administrative tasks and responsibilities to support job-related activities, to include strict adherence to the Teleflex Medical T&E policies and procedures, timely filing of required and/or requested reports, and documentation of activities via approved documents and forms. Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in clinical, biology, health sciences, or engineering. Procedural experience within Interventional Cardiology and/or Structural Heart Possess a minimum of five years' clinical exposure in the medical field in the Cardiology environment. Medical Device industry supporting Clinical and Medical Affairs, strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; SalesForce experience preferred.
