California Licensed Land Surveyor performing work for a variety of public and private sector projects. Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player. Fun, fast-paced office in Folsom.

As a leader within the Survey Department, this individual will provide technical guidance, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with client standards and deliverables. As an emerging and growing Statewide Survey Department, this individual will be provided the opportunity to grow and expand the Survey Department geographically, strategically and innovatively. Responsibilities:

• Mapping of detailed survey related drawings such as Topographic Surveys, Right of Way Mapping, Record of Surveys, Parcel Maps, Final Maps, ALTA/ACSM Surveys and other survey related services using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Download and process field data
• Perform various computations including closure, precision, and calculations for surveys, plats, easements, etc.
• Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for easement purposes
• Compile and research title documents and record mapping
• Ability to perform survey field work using Trimble Robotic and GPS equipment if desired
• Project Management duties such as proposals, budgets, schedules and billings if desired

Skills:

Under the general direction of the Director of Operations Engineering Services, the Technical Assistant provides complex and specialized administrative support to the Operations Engineering Services (OES) department. This role supports departmental documentation, reporting, information management, and project coordination while helping ensure efficient workflow and communication across the team.

The Technical Assistant will also provide occasional support to the division Executive Assistant as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support (50%)

• Provide administrative support to the Operations Engineering Services department
• Order office supplies and manage inventory

• Schedule meetings and maintain department calendars
• Coordinate visitor activities, catering, and travel arrangements
• Prepare meeting materials and assist with general office logistics

Reporting & Data Management (10%)

• Gather and organize data from multiple sources
• Review data for accuracy and distribute reports in appropriate formats

Tracking & Documentation (10%)

• Maintain departmental tracking tools and documentation systems
• Research, organize, and summarize relevant data

Event & Meeting Coordination (20%)

• Coordinate internal and external operations events
• Schedule conference rooms and secure hosts
• Prepare presentation materials and handouts
• Escort guests and manage event logistics

Project Coordination (10%)

• Participate in project team activities including planning, documentation, testing, and reporting

We are seeking an experienced Senior RTL Design Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced FPGA-based solutions. This role will focus on architecture development, high-speed interface design, and RTL implementation for complex systems. • Currently manage or have recently managed 20+ consultants on billing
• Possess a robust, transferable network of hiring managers and decision-makers

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of technical staffing experience (agency required)
• Documented success in new business development and account growth
• Proven ability to generate revenue and expand consultant headcount
• Experience selling SOW and Project solutions in addition to traditional staffing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• High integrity and professionalism with clients and internal partners
