Your Mission:
We are on the lookout for driven and results-oriented net new Account Executives to join our dynamic new business sales team at Engine. In this full-cycle position, you'll take the lead in outbounding and qualifying leads, seamlessly transitioning to handing off new customers to our dedicated Account Management team.
This position will require 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) in our office for the first 90 days dependent on performance.
Here's what you'll do:
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close for Mid-Market deals including coordinating and delivering compelling online demos to potential and existing clients

Compensation
In addition to a competitive base salary, our listed compensation range includes the estimated variable target. Your OTE (on-target earnings) are based on several factors including your experience, expertise, and location. Your compensation package may also include equity. This role supports product development, manufacturing engineering, tooling suppliers, and production teams to ensure robust designs, efficient manufacturability, and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities Design, model, and detail progressive, transfer, and line dies using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, NX).
Create stamping process layouts, strip layouts, and material utilization plans.
Conduct formability analysis, draw simulations, and stress analysis to ensure part feasibility.
Collaborate with product engineering teams to refine part designs for manufacturability (DFM).
Develop die specifications, bill of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
Support tooling build, trials, debugging, and runoff at both internal and supplier tool shops.
Lead root-cause troubleshooting for die performance issues such as wrinkles, splits, springback, and excessive wear.
Optimize tooling for improved production rate, reduced scrap, and extended tool life.
Work with purchasing and suppliers to evaluate tool quotes, timelines, and feasibility.
Ensure all designs comply with safety standards, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Support APQP, PPAP, and launch activities for new programs.
Provide technical guidance to toolmakers, machinists, and production operators as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–10+ years of experience in metal stamping, die design, or tooling engineering.
Strong proficiency in 3D CAD and GD&T.
Understanding of stamping processes including blanking, drawing, bending, forming, and restriking.
Knowledge of tool steels, coatings, heat treatment, and die maintenance.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience supporting production in high-volume stamping environments.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $100,000- 130,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. GoDaddy is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to apply their hands-on technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and an eagerness to design solutions to complex problems. You must be comfortable with communicating to stakeholders, performing security assessments and prioritizing security risks, creating/presenting high-quality deliverables.
What you'll get to do...
- Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.
- Join forces with SRE and development teams to find new and creative ways to reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities at scale.
- Build repeatable/reusable security processes and frameworks.
- Review quality issues and work towards detecting security flaws both obvious and discrete.
- Assist with scoping prospective projects, participating in projects from kickoff through "definition of done" via end-to-end ownership.
- Use your industry experience to own and drive resolution and retest complex security events, policy questions and technical security risks.
