Project Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from planning through closeout while serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for a consulting professional who excels in client relationships, project execution, and financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction.
• Lead projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, subconsultants, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, site visits, and client presentations.
• Support proposals, scopes, and business development efforts.
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and profitability.
• Ensure quality standards, compliance, and risk management across all projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or consulting environments.
• PE license preferred; PMP accepted in lieu of PE.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
• Client-focused mindset with high integrity and professionalism.
