Position Summary
The Manager Compensation ensures that the current incentive pay and performance management programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy. Manages common compensation functions, including job evaluation, salary structure development, pay program administration, and other associated initiatives.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Leads the analysis and design of new compensation programs and develops best practices relating to compensation structures.

JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Strategic Planning Specialist supports the strategic planning and execution of Honda’s Powersports product initiatives. This role contributes to new model development through market analysis, customer insights, and business condition assessments, supports line up strategies aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements, and leads communication and coordination for product launches to ensure successful sales promotion activities. The position serves as the voice of the customer throughout product concept, design, and testing phases, recommending improvements and identifying new market opportunities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product Planning
• Support new model development events by generating documentation related to market trends, model positioning, customer profiles and insights, and business conditions including cost, price, volume, and profitability in alignment with executive direction.
Line Up Strategy
• Support the development of product line up strategies aligned with customer priorities, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Product Launches
• Communicate product descriptions, specifications, customer profiles, features, and pricing details to the Sales Promotion team.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. Responsibilities: Work with a high degree of intensity, commitment, and autonomy to sell orthopedic products that meet our customers’ needs.
Provide “in-service” trainings and customer education events in support of product launches and furthering presence of Stryker products.
Research potential customers, identify existing and new opportunities, convert competitive market share through the assisting in the sales process.
Provide the highest degree of service, going above and beyond the requests of the customer.
Strictly adhere to all policies and SOPs regarding the interaction with HCPs (Health Care Professionals), sales activities and trainings, expense reporting, and product handling and complaints.
Develop and maintain a deep clinical understanding of the products we offer and their applications as well as our competitors.
Be on-call outside of standard work hours, including weekends and holidays.
Be an outstanding teammate, working well with others and putting the needs of the team before your own.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years’ experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
2+ years of demonstrated sales experience.
Completion of an MSC on-campus program.
Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, selling, and servicing products.
Excellent organizational skills and proficient with current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
Proven experience in building trust and maintaining professional relationships (with surgeons and healthcare employees preferred).
Ability to participate in on-call work and job-related travel, often outside of standard work hours.
Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and Company’s policies and procedures.

Medical Sales College (MSC) Attendance Requirements: This position is offered in partnership with Medical Sales College (MSC) as part of a Premier Industry Partner hiring pathway.
As a condition of consideration for employment, selected candidates are required to successfully complete the MSC TotalOrtho+ or TotalOrtho Program, including all associated coursework, clinical training, and formal evaluations.

Completion of the MSC Program is a mandatory prerequisite for eligibility for hire into the Trauma Associate Sale Representative (ASR) role.
Candidates will undergo structured evaluations conducted by both Medical Sales College and CrossLink hiring teams during and upon completion of the program.
Candidates who do not successfully complete the program or meet evaluation standards will not be eligible for hire into this role.
