Job Overview
The Marketplace Data Product Engineer serves as the primary technical facilitator, and adoption champion for the Marketplace platform. This role bridges engineering, product, and business domains - leading workshops, demos, onboarding sessions, and cross?domain engagements to accelerate Marketplace adoption. You will configure demo environments, support development, translate complex technical concepts for business audiences, gather product feedback, and partner closely with product and engineering teams to shape the Marketplace roadmap. This will guide domains through the process of understanding, showcasing, and maturing their data products within the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops, demos, onboarding sessions, and cross?domain engagements to drive Marketplace adoption.
- Serve as the primary technical presenter of the Marketplace for domain teams and stakeholders.
- Engage with domain owners to understand their data products, help refine their articulation, and showcase how they integrate into the Marketplace ecosystem.
- Configure and maintain demo environments for Marketplace capabilities, data products, and new features.
- Support light development, proof?of?concept configurations, and sample integrations to demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Translate technical Marketplace concepts into clear, business?friendly language for non?technical audiences.
- Collect structured feedback from domain teams, synthesize insights, and partner with product and engineering to influence the roadmap.
- Develop and refine training materials, demos, playbooks, and onboarding assets to support continuous adoption.
- Act as an advocate for domains, ensuring their data product needs and challenges are well represented in Marketplace planning.
- Support ongoing adoption initiatives, including community sessions, office hours, and cross?domain knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, solution engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of data products, data modeling concepts, data APIs, enterprise integrations and metadata?driven architectures.
- Ability to configure and demonstrate platform features, build light proofs?of?concept, and support technical onboarding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience translating technical concepts for business partners.
- Experience facilitating workshops, leading demos, or driving customer/product adoption initiatives.
- Ability to engage domain teams, understand their data product needs, and help articulate value within a larger ecosystem.

About Sales Strategy & Operations
As a Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team, our mission is to power sustainable revenue growth for Pinterest with datadriven strategic insights and decision making, tight management against them and highimpact revenue management. We inform critical business decisions driving revenue growth, so team members are highly visible to senior Sales leadership at Pinterest and throughout the organization at large.
This role sits within the SS&O team supporting Programmatic Sales, partnering closely with the VP, GM Programmatic Ads Sales and Programmatic Sales leadership to shape and scale a priority growth business for Pinterest.
What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for Agency & Programmatic, and in close partnership with the VP, GM Programmatic Ads Sales, you will develop and bring to life datadriven strategies to accelerate growth in this critical business vertical. In this role, you will:
Own development of the sales gotomarket strategy for Programmatic Sales - including customer segmentation, ideal customer profiles, bookofbusiness design, coverage models, sales priorities, and annual planning for Programmatic sellers.
Lead the analytics and forecasting engine for Programmatic Sales by designing and maintaining revenue forecasts, pipeline and coverage models, performance scorecards, and forwardlooking views that help leadership make fast, datadriven decisions.
Build and manage core reporting and dashboards (in partnership with Data, Finance and BizOps) that surface clear, actionable views of programmatic performance across regions, channels, partners, and products - and continually refine these based on stakeholder needs.
Run recurring business review cadences (e.g., weekly performance reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews) for Programmatic Sales - owning the narrative, analyses, materials, and followup to drive accountability and execution.
Translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations for Sales and executive stakeholders, including diagnosing performance drivers, identifying opportunities and risks, and proposing concrete actions for sellers, leaders, and XFN teams.
Design and refine sales processes and workflows as new programmatic products, deal types and partners are launched and as new acquisitions are integrated - ensuring Programmatic Sales has clear ways of working, robust documentation, and measurable outcomes.
Partner with crossfunctional teams (Finance, Product & Engineering, Product Marketing, BizOps, Client Solutions) to define strategy and operating details for Pinterest's programmatic offering as it evolves, ensuring Sales input is grounded in data and market reality.
Identify and test new growth opportunities through structured experiments and analyses (e.g., pricing tests, new motion pilots, coverage and incentive changes), and operationalize successful approaches at scale.

What We're Looking For:
7+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations, analytics, or similar fields in a fastpaced, highly analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media, or revenue/sales strategy & operations).
Direct experience in programmatic or digital advertising (publisher, platform, agency, ad tech, or consulting), with a solid understanding of SSPs/DSPs, deal types, and the broader programmatic ecosystem.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills - you are comfortable working with large, complex datasets, building models and forecasts, and stresstesting assumptions to arrive at sound, datadriven recommendations.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible to lead one or more construction projects and for the management of the overall planning, scheduling, code compliance, cost tracking, safety, and completion of these projects. The Superintendent is responsible for directing and mentoring subcontractors and other on-site field staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and team building skills.
WORK HOURS:
Weekdays 7 am to 5 pm; Saturdays 7 am- 1pm, as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assure the required permits and approvals from jurisdictional agencies are secured, posted, and renewed as required prior to starting work.
- Develop, update, modify (as required) and maintain the project schedule including a master schedule, 60-day look ahead schedules for their assigned trades, and two-week look ahead schedules for their assigned trades.
- Understand and be familiar with the date by which all materials must arrive on the job and convey that information to the project management team for preparation of the contract items lists and shop drawing schedules.
- Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to complete each project on time.
- Communicate with and support each subcontractor to execute their job duties effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project.
- Perform inspections or schedule inspectors to meet the varying safety and compliance regulations of each job location.
- Prepare the daily construction reports in a thorough and timely manner and maintain a written daily log of visitors, job actions performed, materials expended, and problems resolved on the job site.
- Assure daily job progress photographs are taken in ample quantity to accurately depict the progress of the work.
- Travel between multiple job sites and simultaneously manage work loads of individual projects
- Understand and ensure risk controls are properly established and maintained.
- Understand and uphold the site safety plan.
- Understand and uphold the site logistics plan.
- Assure the implementation and continuous maintenance of corporate safety program requirements in all of the day-to-day operations on the project.
- Prepare and attend the weekly subcontractor meetings. Assist in maintaining the minutes of these meetings, and ensure they are recorded and distributed.
- Prepare and manage weekly safety meetings, regular toolbox talks, and safety pre task meetings as required.
- Attend weekly meetings with the project team for purposes of updates on the status of the field work and communication of any issues requiring the input or action of others on the project team, and for notification to the project team of issues that may be of importance or interest to them.
- Establish and maintain a system of document control to assure work is being installed in accordance with the latest design documentation and approved shop drawings.
- Communicate any issues requiring additional information from designers and consultants in a timely fashion to the project manager for issuance of RFI’s.
- Assist in preparation of the monthly status report to be submitted to the lender.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree, OR equivalent years of related experience.
- Requires 10+ years of experience in Stick-frame Multi-Family Residential Construction. Previous Sitework and Structured Garage Construction experience is preferred.
- Requires working knowledge of various construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings and other documents required.
- Requires superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential both within the internal project team and externally with subcontractors, labor force, etc.
- Requires the ability to work with and have knowledge of the shop drawing submittal process.
- Requires the ability to read and comprehend building plans and specifications and able to comprehend and recognize safety standards and issues.
- Requires the ability to determine the priority of assignments based on critical deadlines.
- Requires the ability to resolves field-initiated questions.
- Requires understanding of construction contracts, retention, releases.
- Requires the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and customers.

The Food Scientist II reports directly to the Research & Technical Development Lead and plays a critical role in advancing technical platforms, ingredient research, and process feasibility for snack and confectionery products. This role is responsible for developing scalable scientific solutions that support the company’s innovation pipeline. The position focuses on early-stage formulation science, functionality modeling, and technical risk mitigation prior to commercialization handoff.
The Food Scientist operates within the Technical & Research Team and collaborates closely with the Product Development & Commercialization Team during scale-up and launch readiness phases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Platform Development
· Support the Research & Technical Development Lead in building and optimizing core technology platforms (e.g., probiotic systems, fiber enriched system, sugar reduction system, hydrocolloid systems, protein enhanced system).
· Conduct ingredient functionality studies to understand structure-function relationships.
· Develop reusable technical frameworks that enable multiple pipeline products.
2. Advanced Formulation Science
