Summary:
Responsible for patient assessment, patient care planning, and provision of quality nursing care to an assigned group of patients for a defined work period. Provides direction and supervision to LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, unit secretaries, and other clinical/clerical associates. By assignment, may function as a charge nurse for the unit. Involves provision of patient care/service to older adolescents, young adults, adults, geriatric and pediatric patients.

Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is to provide quality installations, inspections, fabrication maintenance and repairs of hoist and crane equipment. Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components and circuits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect overhead industrial cranes and hoists to verify safety and compliance with manufacturer, OSHA and ANSI standards
- Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment (strong knowledge of motor skills)
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities on equipment
- Support customers by effectively interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed
- Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs
- Provide a high level of communication with both office and customers of repairs performed, future needs, equipment id, etc.
- Take home truck, current model vehicles, DOT register
Skills and Knowledge:
- Good mechanical and electrical skills required
- Minimum one to five years of work experience with similar types of equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Machining and welding skills are a plus

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed team. This unique opportunity is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Representing clients in court and arguing motions.
2. Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
3. Conducting extensive legal research and analysis.
4. Managing all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery through pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
5. Interacting with clients and potential clients to provide consultation, legal advice, and establish a rapport.
6. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
7. Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
8. Performing administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a litigation attorney - insurance defense, premises liability or Labor Law experience is strongly preferred.
3. Admission to the New York Bar. New Jersey State Bar is a plus but not required.
4. Proven experience with hearing and trial preparation. Labor Law and/or premises liability litigation experience strongly preferred.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, and manage complex legal arguments.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of clients.
7. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable settlements.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurers
- Provide patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams when required
- Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets.
- Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
- Utilize Knowledge Base materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
- Develop a working knowledge of company related security and privacy practices.
- Participate in continued education on product changes, new features and product launches
- Help improve the patient experience by sharing feedback with management to further develop the product, materials and processes

- 40 hrs/week, available shifts: 11am-7 pm, 9/9:30am -5/5:30pm and 9am-7pm (4 x 10 hrs)
- Every 3rd Saturdays rotation, 8am- 4pm CST

- Conducts and performs training or solutions using the appropriate medium and method (classroom, computer-based training [CBT], distance learning, simulations, on-the-job [OJT], coaching, job-aids) to satisfy business needs and requirements. Assesses and tests the competence of employees in performing tasks requiring certification or qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.

- Education, training and experience in F18 and QF16 structures preferred
