About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven Associate Interventional Specialist to support a high-performing Territory Manager in the Westchester/Fairfield County territory. This is a growth opening due to internal promotion and offers strong development into a full Territory Manager role. What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of business-to-business sales experience (medical device, pharma, biotech, clinical, or related industry preferred)

- High character, strong work ethic, and willingness to work flexible hours (including occasional weekends for procedures)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory
- Not a job hopper — demonstrated tenure and career progression preferred

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules

- No Double Booking Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm Setting: Medical & Neurologic Rehabilitation Role Summary The Physical Therapist (Neuro/Medical Rehabilitation) evaluates, plans, and delivers evidence‑based physical therapy services to patients with neurologic and medically complex conditions.
This role emphasizes high‑quality care, manageable caseloads, advanced technology, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive PT evaluations (mobility, strength, balance, coordination, tone, endurance) Develop individualized plans of care for stroke, TBI, SCI, and neurologic populations Deliver skilled gait, balance, transfer, and functional mobility interventions Utilize the ZeroG® Gait & Balance System for progressive and safe mobility training Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, physicians, case management, and families Provide patient and caregiver education on safety, mobility, and HEPs Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and professional development Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent) Licensed or license‑eligible Physical Therapist in Connecticut CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Preferred Experience or strong interest in neurologic rehabilitation (stroke, TBI, SCI) Interested in hearing more?
