The Customer Experience Specialist is accountable for managing the order to delivery process for customer accounts. They are the face of Horizon Family Brands to our customers. The Customer Experience Specialist will proactively lead the resolution of all issues related to customer orders. The A&P Curriculum and Compliance Specialist/ FAA ODA Administrator will design, manage, and ensure compliance for Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification programs at Spartan College. The FAA ODA Administrator responsibilities will include the development and ongoing management of the ODA manual, compliance adherence and management, DME training, and correspondence with the FAA. This position requires a deep understanding of FAA regulations, curriculum development, and industry standards to ensure students receive exceptional, regulation-compliant training that prepares them for successful aviation careers.
Essential Job Functions
• Develop, update, and maintain A&P program curricula in alignment with FAA eCFR Title 14 Chapter I Subchapter H Part 147 regulations and aviation industry standards
• Design engaging and effective instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments to enhance student learning outcomes
• Work alongside the Vice President of Training and Curriculum and the Online Learning team to incorporate and implement curriculum new material and updates
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure courses incorporate the latest advancements in aviation maintenance technology and techniques. Teach specialized courses as needed and provide mentorship to faculty in curriculum delivery and for practical (lab) training
• Oversee and ensure compliance with FAA standards, including Part 147 eCFR Title 14 Chapter I Subchapter H Part 147 certification requirements
• Conduct internal audits of instructional practices and training facilities to maintain accreditation standards and FAA annual campus site visits
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the program meets all regulatory requirements

Perform electrical engineering functions involving the layout, building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modification of electronic or electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems.
Perform analysis on production data, to determine root cause analysis of failures.
Be involved in planning and executing rework of production assemblies.

This role manages the post-sale customer experience for group
membership institutions using MMX educational product. Responsible for
maximizing enablement, retention and ROI, while positioning Customer Success as

oversees a team of Customer Success Managers, builds scalable systems to drive
engagement and institutional growth, and partners across internal teams to
deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Success Framework and Operations
- Develop and continuously refine the Customer Success Playbook, including onboarding arc, product user training materials, communication templates, and outcome-aligned product guidance.
- Align service models to account segments and growth opportunities to optimize customer engagement.
- Assign accounts to Customer Success Managers based on account segment, product scope, and resource capacity.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, digitize, and automate customer engagement with MMX education products to create efficiencies and evolve customer interactions within the learning environment.
- Develop business cases to integrate or invest in technologies that support customer scale.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to enhance the post-sale customer journey.

- Recruit and train staff, developing strong expertise in product attributes, customer insights, and communication. Ensure team mastery of all core MMX education products.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Analytical, goal-oriented, and creative with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to excel in a matrixed environment.

- 7+ years of account management and customer relationship experience with segmented customers across multiple products required.
- 3+ years of people management experience required.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $102,816- $136,017. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
