Responsibilities
- Plans, schedules, develops & coordinates CPM schedules for all phases of construction from Planning, Design, Construction and Project Close-out
- Reviews construction design drawings & specifications; conducts field visits and gathers all material and data necessary to organize and develop CPM construction Establish construction durations based on parametric and bottom-up production rates
- In consultation with design, construction management and other project stakeholders, prepares CPM scheduling activities and develops appropriate logic relationships and activity durations
- Performs bottom-up resource and cost loading of schedule activities when required. Prepares CPM schedule reports indicating the critical path, total float, milestones, constraints, etc.
- Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays
- Conducts technical schedule reviews and analyses contractor schedule submissions, tracking monthly delay impacts to the baseline schedule and assessing responsibility of delays
- Develops summary schedule analysis reports to be presented to project management staff
- Required to maintain the Primavera P6 database, review database structures and perform monthly database
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Construction Management or equivalent technical training in construction management is preferred
- 3-8 years’ experience
- Ability to conduct technical schedule reviews and analysis

Responsibilities: 1.
Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of lending finance matters, including but not limited to, commercial finance, UCC Article 9, title surveys, lease reviews, and lien searches.

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and risk management.
3.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents such as contracts, leases, and loan agreements.
4.
Represent clients in legal proceedings, if necessary, and effectively present their case.
5.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
6.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering legal advice that aligns with their business objectives.
7.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to client service.
8.
Contribute to the firm's knowledge sharing initiatives by providing insights and updates on developments in lending finance law.
Qualifications: 1.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney specializing in lending finance.
3.
Proficient understanding of commercial finance, UCC Article 9, title surveys, lease reviews, corporate structure, and lien searches.
4.
Admission to practice law in the state.
5.
Exceptional analytical, research, and drafting skills.
6.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
7.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in various settings.
8.
Strong commitment to maintaining high professional standards and providing exceptional service to clients.

This person is highly organized and knows how to keep others organized utilizing project management and product management tools. Also, highly skilled at seeing the big picture of a project and able to develop and continuously improve SOPs and workflows. Can manage large volume of projects taking it from concept to NPL. Able to think out of the box to solve problems during the product development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
- Project planning, scheduling, and execution for consumer electronics product development.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate our Design Department and Engineering Team at our partner factories and any other factory vendors in organizing, and ensuring projects are meeting timelines and milestones.
- Hold accountable all teams and vendors their roles and responsibilities related to product development
- Provide guidance and support to all teams and vendors on product development issues and questions
- Manage, and continuously improve all Project Management related workflows, procedures, etc. on project management tools and SOP and workflow documents
- Communicate with our China Teams as necessary.
- Manage GS1 barcoding process
- Work closely with our Product Management personnel and factory production to coordinate NPLs.
- Work with internal teams as well as vendors required.
BOM Changes:
- Develop, improve, changes to any of our processes and workflows. Be sure our vendors know, confirm and verify any change to the specs, BOM, etc. to any of our products
Compliance:
- Continuously improving all processes related to compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Ensure full FDA compliance
- Work with our vendors to be fully compliant with FDA guidelines
- Develop, improve and implement workflow, procedures
Project Management Related Tools:
- Work with all teams and resources to ensure the continuous improvement of any tool we use for project management: Jira, Teambition
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics or related industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing a high volume of projects
Qualifications:
• PMP certification a plus.
• Fluent Bilingual Mandarin Chinese a real plus.
