Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical testing on samples including finished products, raw materials, stability, in-process, and water samples
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instrumentation

  • Execute laboratory protocols to support validation, method development, and method transfer activities
  • Review QC data to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards
  • Assist with updates to laboratory methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in laboratory processes
  • Work collaboratively with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and manufacturing teams

 Lead product development efforts, ensuring technical and business alignment.

 Define product roadmaps and support business development by proposing innovative solutions.

 Prioritize customer needs and guide opportunity introduction and program direction.

 Design high-performance RF products focusing on low loss, high linearity, EMI/EMC, and reliability.

 Oversee product design through the lifecycle to meet cost, size, weight, power, and manufacturability goals.

 Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.

 Develop performance validation and production test processes to ensure designs meet specifications.

 Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure product success.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  Expertise in RF system integration and testing at circuit, module, and system levels.

 Proficiency in AWR Microwave Office or similar RF simulation tools.

 Strong project leadership experience, with the ability to influence key decisions.

 Experience with military standards and specifications is highly desirable.

 Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, particularly with customers.

 Ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:  Must be a U.S.

person (U.S.

citizen or permanent resident).

 BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 7-10 years of experience, or MSEE (Master of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 5-8 years of experience.

 Experience with AWR Microwave Office or similar tools is highly preferred.

 Familiarity with military standards and electro-mechanical designs is highly desirable.

Moderate noise level in office and laboratory settings.

 ESD and Personal protective equipment (PPE) required in sensitive lab or restricted manufacturing areas.
