About the Role
Under the general supervision of the Director of Manufacturing or Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the production team and scheduling shift production activities. This individual will also provide hands on assistance with machine set-ups.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign work to production personnel, to support production schedule and priorities.
- Supply stock/supplies to the production areas as required.
- Maintain the required shift reports to include machine counts, rejection rates, and labor reports.
- Ensure that all personnel are properly trained in the job functions associated with specific work assignments including manufacturing procedures, quality requirements and proper use of all tools.
- Follow established ISO and production procedures, ensure that all production employees are properly trained and are following procedures. Recommend changes to the procedures that will improve quality and/or productivity.
- Make hire, discipline and promotion recommendations of subordinates. Prepare annual written performance reviews and establish annual objectives consistent with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure the maintenance of general housekeeping for the department.
- Coordinate tool repairs/modifications with tool room and engineering.
- Perform all activities required to operate equipment, adjusting machinery to meet operating parameters specified.
- Following specifications, determine the appropriate methods of equipment operation. May operate several presses simultaneously.
- Perform new job or mold sampling when necessary, working with engineering.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
"• Develop qualification plans for supplier transfer projects and complete associated verification testing.
• Manage and execute Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)..
Must haves:
- Electrical apprenticeship or formal training in electrical installation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Possesses working knowledge of local codes as it applies to controls.
- Experienced in scope determination of installation materials. Able to work independently.
- Four years’ experience directly with controls installations.
Day to day:
Under general supervision, performs installation and checkout on a variety of systems utilizing codes, company procedures, engineering drawings and personal analysis. Works with electrical contractors as required. Develops a positive interface with the customer to ensure confidence and satisfaction with the system installation.
- Installs raceways, cables and wiring to meet local or national codes, standards and customer system requirements. Lays out electrical controls installation to provide lowest total installed cost.
- Mounts and terminates controls equipment as needed.
- May assist sales with electrical estimates, including walking retrofit projects.
- Determines and validates final termination points to equipment interfaced with the installed system (i.e. chillers, boilers, roof top units, etc.).
- Checks out wiring and terminations of field-installed equipment with test instruments as needed (i.e. volt meters, hand held testers, etc.).
- Keeps management informed of job needs, progress and issues.
- Completes paperwork, including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation. Provides feedback to Engineering on changes and keeps as-built drawings current.
- Resolve job site conflicts regarding installation issues or escalates concerns to management as required.
- Communicates with the customer as necessary upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
- Adheres to safety programs and policies.

THE POSITION We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Lead Software Engineer position for our Platform Engineering team which is responsible for designing and building tools and workflows for our internal software engineering teams. These systems will allow them to build and deploy applications effortlessly, allowing them to focus on building business functionality for their users. Your work will directly support enterprise-wide initiatives, helping teams across the organization streamline operations, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and collaborating with other engineers to create highimpact internal platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience enabling IT organizations to work more efficiently, standardize best practices, and reduce friction across the development lifecycle. This includes creating reusable components, automation frameworks, and platform capabilities that empower our engineering teams.
KEYS TO THE POSITION
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proficient in Python with experience building tools using widely adopted libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, BeautifulSoup, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy
- Skilled in packaging, testing, and deploying Python applications using tools like pytest, setuptools, and Docker
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation), with a strong grasp of scalable and secure architecture principles.
- Experience designing and operating DevOps platforms including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins), and container orchestration using ECS or EKS - Experience designing and operating monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools (e.g., OpenSearch, Open Telemetry, CloudWatch, X-Ray)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail, self-discipline, and passion to drive and innovate
