Job Responsibilities
- Become the Subject Matter Expert on all Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products, including utility vaults, concrete pipe, culverts, manholes, catch basins and other drainage products.

- Prospect opportunities and companies and market products within core markets.
- Identify and bid all appropriate projects within assigned marketing area. Participate in the development of bid strategy for each job.
- Utilize various software tools(Salesforce, Office Suite, SharePoint) to manage prospects, issue quotes and communicate with a broader team.
- Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Success Framework and Operations
- Develop and continuously refine the Customer Success Playbook, including onboarding arc, product user training materials, communication templates, and outcome-aligned product guidance.
- Align service models to account segments and growth opportunities to optimize customer engagement.
- Assign accounts to Customer Success Managers based on account segment, product scope, and resource capacity.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $102,816- $136,017. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. - Understand and/or generate a program statement of work (SOW) and other defined customer component application requirements.
- Develop and/or sustain a proactive Obsolescence Management process to deliver cost saving obsolescence mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Drive resolution through support or execution of lifetime buys, selections of alternate parts, redesign efforts or other mitigation strategies and will facilitate and support contract negotiations, basis of estimates, and supplier statements of work for proposal efforts.
- Interact with Program and customer leadership on a regular basis to communicate status of mitigation strategies.
- Conduct trade study analysis help identify cost effective obsolescence driven cut in points for proposed unit redesigns.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience with any combination of the following:
- Experience with proactive and reactive component obsolescence management methodologies.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and presentation skills to adequately discuss system impact of component obsolescence issues.
- Experience with project management working with schedules, costs, and integration of stakeholder needs throughout the obsolescence process.
- Financial and Contract Management experience with proposals, BOE, EVMs, SOWs, CLINs and CDRLs.
- Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) development and management for developmental and production programs.
- Risk and Opportunity business case analysis experience supporting sustainment vs redesign cut in decisions.

The Clinical Affairs Manager will provide clinical expertise, insight, and support to clinical end-users, clinical sales specialists, sales team, Regulatory, Engineering, marketing, and other corporate departments on safe and effective use of the Teleflex Medical product portfolio with primary emphasis on the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise. This position will support the appropriate clinical application of the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise via didactic, web-based, and teleconference education, and understanding of these products and best practices. Clinical support will be provided to physicians, nurses, techs, etc., to include support for live cases/proctorships in the therapeutic areas related to focus products. The Clinical Affairs Manager will drive innovation by identifying product attributes necessary to expand into new markets, or capitalize on new clinical applications; identify new, clinically driven product and market opportunities; and perform other related duties as required. Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in clinical, biology, health sciences, or engineering. Procedural experience within Interventional Cardiology and/or Structural Heart Possess a minimum of five years' clinical exposure in the medical field in the Cardiology environment. Medical Device industry supporting Clinical and Medical Affairs, strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; SalesForce experience preferred.
