Role Description

The Legal Intake & Administrative Coordinator role is a full-time remote position within the Robinson Immigration Law team. Responsibilities include handling client intake, responding to inquiries, coordinating consultations, and maintaining an organized case management system. The role involves handling mail and printing and shipping immigration petitions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from prospective clients
  • Conduct initial intake and qualification of leads based on firm criteria
  • Accurately document client information and maintain intake records
  • Coordinate follow-ups and schedule consultations as needed
  • Prepare, print, assemble, and mail immigration filings and supporting documents
  • Maintain organized physical and digital case files
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and case managers
  • Assist with ad hoc operational tasks as required


Core Competencies:

  • Clear and professional phone communication
  • Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
  • Basic familiarity with legal or immigration processes (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline-driven environment
  • Discretion in handling confidential information


This role is hybrid, as part-time in-person availability is needed for printing, shipping, and handling mail.
