Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Assistant. The Parts Assistant will be help our Parts Team with Receiving shipments, Packaging, Shipping, Inventory Counting, delivering parts to our service department and keeping the work area neat. This position will require direct communication with customers as well as sales support staff. This is an entry level position that offers advancement opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform grinding, rough finishing, excavation, and final finishing/polishing of Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NiAlBr) and stainless-steel components to meet specifications
• Utilize hand and power tools to achieve precise finishes and tolerances
• Apply and fit edge gauges and cylindrical gauges to required tolerances
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and customer requirements
• Stand, bend, and work in physically demanding positions for up to 8 hours per shift
• Safely lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work at height using manlifts, scaffolding, or platforms as required
• Maintain flexibility to work any assigned shift, including nights and weekends
• Travel to local and out-of-state shipyards (including East Coast locations, Florida, and Virginia) for repair and overhaul work
• Obtain and maintain certifications for cranes, forklifts, skid-steers, manlifts, and scissor lifts
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Support additional production tasks as needed to meet operational demands

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
• Proven experience grinding and finishing Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NiAlBr) and stainless steel
• Experience working with tight tolerances and precision measurement tools
• Proficiency with hand and power tools with a strong emphasis on safety and quality
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in physically demanding positions for extended periods
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to polish and finish components at height from manlift baskets or scaffolding
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel as required
• Must meet Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance requirements
• Valid driver’s license required

The Plant Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role supports manufacturing uptime by performing preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and improving equipment reliability in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment including motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and production machinery
• Perform electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC), including sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and basic PLC fault diagnostics
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance per PM schedules
• Diagnose mechanical issues involving bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and plant shutdowns/turnarounds
• Use CMMS to document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, OSHA standards, and plant policies

Required Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a few years of experience or a recent graduate looking to grow within A/E/C marketing. The role blends traditional proposal and marketing support with hands-on graphic design, brand support, and social media execution. The position reports to the Marketing Supervisor and works closely with marketing, business development, and technical teams.

Essential Functions:

The successful candidate will work closely with the various Business Development Associates, Operational Managers and senior staff throughout the company. Primary job responsibilities will include the following:

Marketing & Proposal Support:

• Coordinate and manage the end to end proposal development process, from go/no go through final submission
• Assist with the coordination, development, editing, and production of SOQs, presentations, SF330’s and more using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office365
• Support proposal strategy sessions and assist with presentation development and production
• Write, edit, and format proposal content, resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate content using Deltek CRM, Microsoft Office, and Adobe tools
• Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate materials
• Support proposal close out activities, debriefs, and process improvements
• Assist with market research to help offices identify trends, clients, and competitors
• Support regional marketing and business development meetings as needed

Graphic Design & Brand Support:

• Produce and update marketing graphics for proposals, presentations, and collateral in accordance with NOVA brand standards
• Assist with maintaining and growing NOVA’s internal graphics and template library
• Support the development of regional marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, conference displays, and digital assets
• Ensure consistency with corporate branding across all marketing materials

Social Media & Digital Marketing:
