The Opportunity

- Evaluate the performance of physicians and PA / NPs in compliance with Vituity policies and guidelines.
- Monitor physician competencies with progressive improvement using appropriate metrics. Counsel, suspend, or remove staff from the schedule as necessary in compliance with Vituity polices / guidelines.
- Actively participate in contract negotiations in conjunction with the Regional Director.
- Develop, foster, and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with hospital leadership, nursing staff and other healthcare team members.

Required Experience and Competencies
- Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program required.

Job Description
McLeod Health is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Faculty Physician with a focus in OB for our main campus in Florence, South Carolina. McLeod Regional Medical Center annually has over two thousand deliveries with a very strong and supportive OB-GYN department. This faculty position requires supervising residents to meet all ACGME/ABFM Women's Health competency requirements. The Family Medicine Residency has a twenty-five-year obstetrical legacy with non-operative OB. The Florence program has twenty-seven residents, and it is anchored by 9 clinicians, a clinical pharmacist, a clinical psychologist, and a dentist faculty member. Our newly remodeled, thirty-seven thousand sq ft, Family Medicine Center is fully equipped with simulation models and ultrasound.
Our nationally recognized Family Medicine Residency Program offers community-based training in a 517-bed level 2 trauma center with a large Children’s Hospital. The Children’s Hospital cares for more than 56,000 children a year and offers 100 dedicated beds to Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatric Intensive care patients. The McCall Farms DC (Distribution Center) is responsible for Shipping quality products and properly preparing them to be delivered on-time to our customers as ordered.
About the Role
The DC Warehouse Superintendent will directly supervise the team members responsible for the pick, pack, and ship process on the 2nd shift. This position will also include additional duties such as but not limited to; maintaining SOP’s, monthly safety training, annual refresher training, record and track product sampled and shipped for USDA, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and drive progress through continuous improvement projects, etc. This role will be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing the work of team members to perform daily responsibilities and meet established expectations for McCall Farms safely and successfully.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all staff members are following all safety policies
- Maintain a clean working environment in ALL DC’s
- Track Monthly Safety Training
- Exercise caution while walking in and around the DC due to the high volume of forklift traffic
- Enforce the use of all PPE’s including, assuring clean safety vests and bump caps are clean and worn by all who enter the DC
- Provide strong leadership to support planning and execution of operation activities
- Work flexible hours as needed- may include Saturdays and Sundays, Night or Day
- Main focus will be on 2nd shift
- Lift 20-lbs to 40-lbs (a two-man lift is suggested for anything over this amount)
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Drive and adapt to changes that will better themselves and the company

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience to include Distribution/Shipping environment, ideally in a food or heavily regulated industry
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage and logic understanding
- Required to have at least intermediate MS Excel skills (advanced Excel skills preferred)
- BS in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred although relevant experience will be acceptable
- Experience with ERP, TMS, YMS is preferred
- Have experience working with outside auditors preferred

Primary Responsibilities
