Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Engineering team. This role is pivotal to our success and requires a seasoned professional who can handle a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will have a background in engineering, with a deep understanding of the construction industry, blueprints, engineered products, manufacturing, and inside sales. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.

4. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

7. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams, including product development and marketing, to improve the entire customer experience.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in a key account management role or relevant role.
3. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
4. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
5. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
6. Proven ability to juggle multiple key account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
7. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. In-depth understanding of the engineering industry, with an emphasis on construction, blueprints, engineered products, manufacturing, and inside sales.
10. Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements.

Job Duties
- Responsible for mining, developing and distributing data insights that will drive learnings and growth for the e-Commerce Operations Team.
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to ensure data integrity, responsible for analyzing dashboards across Fulfillment, Returns, Operations, and NPS.
- Develop customized Tableau dashboards as needed by Fulfillment Operations.
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), develop a holistic measurement plan, and historical benchmarking.
- Analyze and develop insights for channel specific operations data using multiple data sources including Vertica, Tableau, Kibana, ecommerce business platform and other tools.
- Responsible for various testing disciplines, including multivariate, A/B and user testing to validate hypotheses with data driven answers.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of developing data driven insights to identify business growth opportunities.
- Provide data-driven thought leadership to help the business identify areas to improve in terms of forward and reverse operations. Leverage predictive modeling techniques in the process.

The Role
As the Product Owner, you will own the US product backlog. You’ll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Compliance to turn market needs and regulatory requirements into well-defined features for our mobile and web platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Refine the Vision: Translate US product strategy into a clear, prioritized backlog.
- Own the Backlog: Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage grooming and sprint planning.

- Work closely with Plan Examiners in reviewing documents for city building codes and for guaranteeing compliance
- Research existing building status from city records at various agencies
Qualifications
- Must have: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
