Title: Medical Scribe

Role Description:
The purpose of a Clinical Informatics Specialist (CIS or Medical Scribe) at Oak Street Health is to support our primary care providers with clinical documentation so that they can focus on providing exceptional care to our patients. Scribes assist providers throughout the patient care journey - huddling each morning to plan for the day's visits, joining them in the exam room to observe and document, and touching base after the visit to assist with next steps.
Beyond the typical Scribe role, these important care team members serve as clinical documentation assistants to their paired provider. Internally, we call them CISs (Clinic Informatics Specialists) in recognition of their important role in supporting accurate, specific, and timely clinical documentation. In addition to observing and documenting all patient encounters in real time, our Scribes become experts in our value-based care model and the documentation and care of chronic conditions, including ICD-10 and CPT coding. Scribes use this expertise to help providers identify and help close care gaps. Scribes receive extensive on-the-job training in clinical workflows, value-based medicine, preventative care for chronic conditions, accurate and specific documentation, population health data streams, and team based care.
Because our patients and providers rely on our Scribes, the ideal candidate should commit at least 1-2 years to this role. This is an excellent opportunity for pre-med track individuals looking to gain practical, paid experience in a clinical setting before applying to an MD/DO/PA/NP program, as well as those pursuing careers in Health Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Medical Coding, and other related fields.

Summary:
The Payroll Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all payroll-impacting communications across the organization. This role manages a high-volume payroll inbox and incoming phone calls, ensuring that all payroll-related changes are accurately received, validated, documented, and routed appropriately.
While this role will not be processing pay checks, the Payroll Coordinator plays a critical quality-control and risk-prevention role in the payroll process. Client is seeking an experienced Wetland Scientist to lead wetland and stream assessment work from our Indianapolis office. This role provides the opportunity to support environmental compliance efforts, lead field investigations, and contribute to infrastructure and transportation projects throughout Indiana.
What You’ll Do
· Lead and direct wetland and stream delineation fieldwork and reporting
· Conduct wetland delineations, stream assessments, and floristic inventories

What We’re Looking For

- The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily human resources operations at a manufacturing facility in Indianapolis. Primary responsibilities include payroll assistance, employment eligibility verification (I-9), and coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation. This position is well suited for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys hands-on employee interaction and maintaining efficient, compliant HR processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
- Payroll Administration: Support accurate and timely payroll processing by reviewing time records, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and preparing required payroll documentation.

- Design and engineer building structural systems (steel, concrete, wood, masonry) from concept through construction
- Perform structural analysis and calculations for gravity, lateral, wind, and seismic loads
- Develop clear construction documents and coordinate structural drawings with architects and other disciplines
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals; support the team through construction administration
- Apply building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, NDS) to create safe, efficient designs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to solve complex field and constructability challenges

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of structural engineering experience focused on building design
- Working knowledge of building codes and structural design standards
- Experience producing structural calculations and coordinating construction documents
- Proficiency with common structural/design tools (typical: Revit/AutoCAD plus analysis software such as RAM, RISA, ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, or similar)
- EIT preferred; PE (or actively on the path) strongly preferred
