Strategic Account Executive - AI Data Services

HumanSignal is looking for an exceptional Strategic Account Executive to drive growth with the world's most innovative AI companies. You'll be selling at the cutting edge: our Label Studio platform and Data Creation Laboratory services power the training data behind breakthrough AI applications at frontier labs and Fortune 500 enterprises.

This isn't traditional SaaS sales. Our customers are building the futureadvanced language models, autonomous systems, embodied AI, and applications that don't exist yet. They need purpose-built datasets manufactured from scratch, not scraped from the web. You'll be selling both our platform technology and our operational capability to create novel training data in controlled environments. The technical depth, deal complexity, and strategic importance of these relationships make this one of the most exciting sales roles in AI infrastructure.

You Will:

  • Own strategic accounts: Drive the entire relationship with our most important AI customersfrom initial engagement through expansion and renewal

Ideally You'd Have:

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience with a track record of exceeding quota
  • 2+ years selling deeply technical products or services to both business and technical audiences (ML engineers, researchers, AI/ML leaders)
  • Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the $500K-$5M+ range
  • Experience in AI/ML, data infrastructure, cloud services, or other technical domains where you've sold to engineering and research teams
  • Ability to understand technical concepts quickly and translate them into business value
  • Strong consultative selling skills with ability to uncover needs, navigate ambiguity, and co-create solutions
  • Executive presence and experience developing relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Track record of driving renewals and expansion within strategic accounts

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager at our New York, NY office. Development & Predevelopment

·  Conduct feasibility analysis, zoning review, and due diligence

·  Onboard and oversee design consultants (architects, engineers, expediters, environmental, sustainability, elevator, etc.)

·  Along with our vertically integrated GC, support and oversee design process from schematic through construction documents with understanding of value engineering to keep costs as projected

·   Coordinate agency approvals including HPD, HDC, HFA, DOB, and other relevant entities

·  Help prepare investment memorandums to convey the inherent risks associated with a particular project

Financing & Closings

The Rockland County Department of Highways, Drainage Division, is seeking a Director of the Drainage Agency. The work is specialized diverse, and complex in nature.

This is administrative and managerial work of a complex nature that involves responsibility for developing and implementing policies and procedures to implement safe, efficient and modern stream maintenance and drainage programs. The work is performed under the general direction of the Superintendent of Highways and in accordance with Federal and New York State applicable laws and regulations and Rockland County objectives and policies. Supervision is exercised over professional and technical employees. Develops policies and procedures with respect to drainage programs and makes recommendations to the Superintendent of Highways regarding same. Arranges for the engineering, construction, improvement, repair and maintenance of County streams, water courses, drainage courses, and tributaries and ensures that services are in compliance with policies and regulations. Oversees the administration of drainage-related capital projects, including but not limited to monitoring funding, supervising contract bid processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirement. Responds to emergencies (e.g. severe flooding) by inspecting and monitoring flooding and related conditions, acting as liaison with County officials and first responders to exchange information and resolve problems, preparing reports regarding flood damage and related conditions in order to obtain New York State and Federal funding. Completes applications and prepares documents to secure New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) permits, as needed, regarding dam safety, streams, aquatic habitats, wetland programs, etc. Acts as liaison to a variety of governmental agencies and units of government, as needed, including but not limited to the Army Corp of Engineers, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, towns and village, etc. Approves plans, specifications and estimates for construction, maintenance and repair of stream watercourses and tributaries. Plans and directs a Stream Maintenance program, maintains records and makes reports. Acts for and in place of the Superintendent of Highways with respect to drainage matters, as needed. May provide legal opinions regarding Federal, New York State, and Rockland County laws that pertain to drainage matters. May inventory and purchase machinery, equipment and materials.

Thorough knowledge of New York State Department of Environmental Conservation requirements and regulations, thorough knowledge of general practices and regulations regarding stream maintenance and general construction procedures. Good knowledge of administrative procedures and techniques, especially as they pertain to a comprehensive modern stream maintenance and drainage programs, ability to plan, develop and implement general policies and procedures for a modern and efficient stream and drainage system, including stream maintenance and construction. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with others, including elected officials and Federal and New York representatives. Have the ability to understand and interpret laws and regulations that pertain to drainage-related matters. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing Also does related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Environmental Engineering, or comparable curriculum or;
  • A New York State license to practice law and
  • Four (4) years of post-degree supervisory, administrative or management experience that substantially involved responsibility for drainage and/or environmental programs and projects (e.g., development of policies and procedures, supervision of staff, enforcement, providing legal opinions and/or litigating related matters, overseeing the implementation of programs and projects, etc.).

Responsibilities

LiRo’s Virtual Design, Construction & Operations (VDCO) group is seeking a motivated VDC/BIM Intern to support ongoing infrastructure, transportation, and building projects. This 3 month summer internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world BIM and VDC workflows and an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on active projects.

The ideal candidate has foundational technical skills, curiosity, and a strong interest in learning and applying emerging technologies in the AEC industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the VDCO team with 3D modeling and BIM-related tasks to support design and construction workflows.
  • Support development and maintenance of Revit-based models for existing conditions, design coordination, and as-built documentation
  • Participate in Navisworks model aggregation, basic coordination, and visualization tasks
  • Support visualization efforts using game engines and/or rendering software as needed

Qualifications

Reporting to the Executive Director of Adult & Family Literacy, the Program Manager of Reading for Adults is a reading science specialist, educator, and curriculum developer who advances Literacy Partners’ two-generation mission through high-quality instruction and a strong volunteer-supported model. This role provides high level Adult Education instruction and trains volunteers to provide tutoring. Additionally, the Program Manager of Reading for Adults analyzes program data to improve literacy outcomes, curriculum, optimize volunteer impact, and drive continuous program enhancement.

Key responsibilities


Lead Reading for Adults (RFA) Instruction


  • Serve as the lead instructor for emergent adult readers, delivering explicit, systematic reading science instruction that drives measurable growth in decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Classes are conducted virtually.
  • Design a virtual classroom culture that honors dignity, builds academic confidence, and positions adult learners as capable scholars and caregivers.
  • Own learner progress—using assessment, progress monitoring, and data to refine instruction and move students toward GED, workforce, civics and postsecondary pathways.


Co-Build the Instructional Engine


  • Member of the RFA curriculum design team, developing a clear scope and sequence aligned to reading science and adult learning theory.
  • Create structured lesson frameworks and skill routines that make high-quality literacy instruction replicable.
  • Continuously evaluate and strengthen instructional systems to ensure coherence, rigor, and measurable learner outcomes.


Architect the Volunteer-Powered Model for Intensive Literacy Classes 


  • Design and manage a volunteer infrastructure that supports both decoding/fluency instruction and structured English speaking/comprehension practice.
  • Train and coach volunteers to deliver consistent, aligned practice that reinforces classroom goals—especially for adults at very low reading levels.
  • Build accountability systems (placement, feedback, engagement tracking) that elevate volunteer impact and instructional quality. 


Drive Program Excellence & Integration


  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data on the volunteer-led classroom component (volunteer assignments, attendance, hours, and session outcomes), ensuring timely tracking, reporting, and continuous program improvement.
  • Ensure operational excellence so instruction remains the center of gravity—enrollment coordination, scheduling, materials, and classroom readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align student support services, data reporting, and two-generational outcomes.
  • Represent the program internally and externally, elevating adult learners and advancing Literacy Partners’ instructional leadership in the field.

Qualifications
