Assistant Project Manager
- Full Time Summary: Alan Stone Company Inc.

is seeking an entry level Project Manager to train and gain experience in heavy civil construction.

Primary Responsibilities to assist with: Manage projects that include Asphalt paving, storm, sewer, excavation, concrete flatwork and structural, foundation drilling, and bridge work.

Assist with both Commercial, municipal and DOT projects in OH and WV Maintain relationships with owners, engineers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Monitor project schedules and track job costs.

Basic knowledge of estimating, plans, specifications, scope of work, shop drawings, project submittals, purchase orders, and change orders.

Coordination with project leadership including management of manpower, equipment, and materials.

Skills/Experience: Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

Experience managing commercial/DOT or related work a plus.

Experience with concrete, water, storm, site excavation, asphalt paving and sewer construction a plus.

Use of Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, and outlook) Familiarity with Scheduling Software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) Familiarity with B2W/HCSS Software a plus.

Familiarity with Construction Accounting Software a plus.
