Channel Account Manager - WEST Region

We are looking for a Channel Account Manager in the Bay area to join our Partner Sales team supporting Northern California, Pacific Northwest, and West Canada. In this role, you will build a pipeline that translates into channel revenue with some of the most respected and high-performing partners in the industry. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Build and champion Channel development and revenue plan consistent with the overall revenue and growth targets for Infoblox's West region.
• Ensure alignment of the strategy with the Sales teams by understanding their coverage models, strategies, and focus in the areas of target accounts, verticals, geography, and market coverage
• Ensure senior executive-level visibility and commitment to the company’s relationships
• Spearhead the joint company and channel value proposition with partner peering—coordinating resources, including sales and cross-functional teams

• Drive joint opportunity development activities with channel partners through account mapping, marketing activities, coordination of marketing budget, and utilization of Infoblox channel marketing programs
• Manage deal registration, forecast, and pipeline with channel partners and coordinate partner engagement and sales activities
• Be keenly aware of the channel partners’ strategy and be viewed and treated as a trusted and valued resource for them
• Create a sense of engagement and connection at the executive, regional sales, and SE levels

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• At least 10 years of technology vendor experience (networking and security experience highly preferred) selling into the channels. Experience in business development or driving revenue and opportunity is a must
• SaaS and/or managed services (MSP) sales experience is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and experience leveraging relationships with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform) is a strong plus
• Experience engaging partners with the company, brand, and technology through education and bespoke programs and initiatives is a plus

Position Overview

The Lead AI Safety and Enablement Engineer ensures the safe, reliable and scalable use of AI and machine learning across Exact Sciences. This role focuses on developing and implementing systems, tools, and frameworks that embed responsible AI principles into the organization's technology ecosystem. The position combines software engineering expertise with a strong understanding of AI risk management, compliance, and observability.

This role is based in one of our office location. Relocation assistance provided to those not local to the area and willing to relocate.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support implementation of enterprise standards for AI safety, transparency, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain shared AI safety tools such as model catalogs, metadata registries, and monitoring systems for bias, drift, and performance.
• Build APIs, templates, and SDKs that integrate governance and validation into AI/ML development pipelines.
• Contribute to the design of observability and telemetry solutions for continuous monitoring of model and data quality.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and InfoSec teams to translate AI policies into automated controls and technical safeguards.
• Work with ML and GenAI teams to embed validation and safety checkpoints in AI workflows.
• Participate in cross-functional reviews and discussions supporting AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Promote awareness and adoption of responsible AI principles through tools, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in software, ML systems, or platform engineering.
• Practical experience with AI lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Arize, WhyLabs, Label Studio).
• Proficiency in Python, CI/CD processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience developing scalable and compliant ML systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

The Manufacturing Technician is a versatile role responsible for executing daily production activities while partnering closely with engineering to improve processes, quality, and efficiency. This role is directly accountable for meeting production schedules, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement to align actual output with demand requirements across NPI and Production Builds.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Execution & Accountability:

- Meet daily/weekly production plan targets and track actual performance against plan.

- Ensure production output meets demand schedules, both in volume and timing.

- Take ownership of first-pass yield, scrap, and rework rates to maintain quality performance.

Quality & Compliance:

- Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify product quality against specifications.

- Escalate and help resolve quality issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.

- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.

Engineering & Process Support:

- Provide structured feedback to engineering teams on design, assembly methods, and process performance.

- Support NPIs, pilot builds, and process validation activities.

- Assist in executing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and updating documentation as processes evolve.

- Collect and analyze production data to support root cause investigations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field is preferred.

• Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably in battery systems or a related industry.

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.

• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Compensation:

$25.00/hr to $30.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Compensation
