Pay Transparency

The pay for this position ranges from $22.62 to $41.42 per hour. The listed pay range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary. This role includes a $5,000 sign on bonus (payout terms apply) and may qualify for relocation assistance.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Do:

Conduct general construction tasks in various weather conditions, adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications : Required Qualifications
  • 6+ months experience in any combination of the following areas: customer service, electrical or utility construction, -OR-technical certification (or higher) -OR- current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge.
  • Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS's business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers' needs.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and remain eligible for DOT requirements.
Other Qualifications
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL. A current CDL is preferred at hire, but TDS will train and certify eligible associates through its in-house CDL certification program after hire.
  • Physical requirements may vary based on company needs: Ability to climb poles, ladders, towers, and other structures as needed. Ability to kneel, dig, lift, and pull.
  • Upon hire, must successfully pass all components of the Safety Training course curriculum.
  • Upon hire, must successfully complete customer-specific requirements, which may include a background check administered by the customer.
  • Horizontal directional drilling experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunication products and services.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Head of EHS and Sustainability, the EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing environmental, health, and safety programs within operations. EHS Continuous Improvement & Auditing





  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting regular safety audits, management reviews, and inspections, ensuring that the site remains in full compliance with HellermannTyton's



OIMS, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.





  • Lead EHS self-assessments and external audits, ensuring that gaps are identified, action plans are developed, and improvements are implemented.

  • Utilize leading and lagging indicators to assess EHS performance, report trends to senior management, and support data-driven recommendations for improvement.



Emergency Preparedness & Response





  • Manage emergency response plans, including the establishment of emergency response teams, drills, and simulations, ensuring readiness for events such as fires, chemical spills, and natural disasters.

  • Coordinate with local emergency services and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth collaboration in the event of an actual emergency.

Job Description



The Toolmaker/Moldmaker is responsible for working with the lead mold maker to build new tooling per CAD or detailed prints, evaluating, maintaining, and repairing existing molds and production tooling.
