POSITION OVERVIEW
The Additive Manufacturing Technician supports daily production across multiple 3D printing technologies. This hands-on role prepares machines for production, performs post-processing and inspections, and helps maintain consistent throughput and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level or early-career candidates to build practical experience in a growing additive manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate additive manufacturing equipment (SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF, FDM)
- Prepare machines for production, including startups, calibrations, and material changes
- Read and interpret prints, specifications, and 3D files
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- Track production activity using ERP system
- Perform post-processing and finishing of printed parts and support routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to meet schedules
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Engineering, Model Making, or related field preferred

A Welding Test (MIG and TIG) Will Be Required and Conducted During The In-Person Interview. Must Pass to be considered for the position.
Perform a variety of activities to weld, wrap, foam, and assemble evaporator hoppers, barrels, and parts. Work from blueprints, process sheets, and schedules. Organize required materials to complete required assemblies on a timely basis within engineering specifications. Establish and maintain a lean pull system for the finished evaporator from barrel welding through final foaming. According to proper procedures, set and operate a wide variety of mechanical equipment including, but not limited to welding, grinding, wrapping, extruding, spot welding, facing, polishing, and foaming equipment. Schedule others to meet the lean pull demand. Observe and report malfunctions, improper fits, or operating difficulties, and take corrective action as instructed. Perform own material handling and follow good housekeeping and safety practices. Perform other activities as required. Must pass welding and brazing qualification tests.

What you'll do:
The Assembly position is responsible for performing a variety of diversified sub and light to heavy duty assembly operations on our switchgear product line. In this role, you will perform some complicated sub-assembly to final assembly operations, which contain a large number of parts and substantial fitting and aligning of components, utilizing bill of materials and prints as necessary - on a repetitive basis.

Position Summary
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Turbine Mechanic (4 - 10's) to work out of our Milwaukee Service Center. This position is responsible for the disassembly, assembly, and mechanical operations on a variety of steam turbine spindles, casings, and valves where methods are standardized and prescribed. Work from assembly drawings and specifications to do skilled fitting, aligning, and adjusting along with some secondary machining. Use a wide variety of precision measuring instruments and gauging devices.
Essential Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming turbine components, take digital pictures of shipping container, cribbing, rigging techniques, and all parts.
- Measure and record the critical dimensions of the turbine components.
- Charting of the disassembly of the blades and proper labeling.
- Perform proper blade straightening and repairs procedures.
- Perform blade setlliting and stiffener repairs technique.
- Remove and install seals, disassemble, and assemble valves, and perform blade ring assembly procedures.
- Repair or rebuild hydrogen seal assemblies and rigging and shipping skid setup.
- Operate the manual grinding, milling, turning, and sawing machinery as required for installation and final fitting of turbine blade seals, and valves.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.

- May be assigned other tasks where similar or lesser skills are required or where activities are monitored – usually short duration to meet production requirements.
Education and Required Experience

SUMMARY
Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure output targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality standards and customer delivery expectations. This role provides hands-on leadership to shop floor personnel, drives productivity improvements, supports workforce development, and partners with leadership to execute daily and monthly production plans. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily activities of assigned production employees, adjusting job duties and assignments throughout the shift to maintain workflow and efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

- Willingness to travel to and work closely with customers
