IT Operations Specialist
Reports to: Director of Technology
Role Overview
The IT Operations Specialist supports day-to-day technology operations across corporate offices and jobsites. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user support and works closely with the Director of Technology to strengthen and mature the company’s internal IT operations capability.
This position is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with users, and contributing to a structured and evolving IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Windows 10/11 environments
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Procore, Viewpoint, and related SaaS platforms
- Resolve login, MFA, and access-related issues
- Perform onboarding and offboarding (AD, M365 licensing, device configuration)
- Configure and deploy laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Coordinate with the MSP for escalations when required
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and follow structured processes
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Take ownership of assigned tickets through resolution or proper escalation
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience (corporate or multi-site preferred)
- Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills and Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Hands-on experience managing users and groups in Active Directory (on-prem or hybrid preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 in hybrid environments
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLAN basics)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Device provisioning experience
- Relevant certifications are a plus, demonstrated hands-on experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities:Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all fleet vehicles within assigned locations.
Respond to field service calls.
Order mechanical components, services and parts and maintain inventory.
Perform and document all phases of vehicle maintenance and repair, including diagnostics.
Maintain communication with drivers and management regarding maintenance and service of vehicles and equipment.
Maintain a unit history file for each vehicle.
Qualifications:Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Experience with both diesel /propane vehicles and air brake systems, preferably with heavy duty vehicles.
Engine and Chassis Diagnostic software experience.
Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties under minimal supervision.
Accurately record and document all maintenance activity.
Ability to use fleet software for vehicle maintenance tracking, input work orders, and inventory management.
Workflow - Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and US DOT requirements for commercial vehicles.
Ability to lift parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must have own set of personal tools.
Ability to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) driver qualification policy requirements.
CDL preferred; ability to obtain within six (6) months of entering the position (CDL may be required in some locations)

Production Management
Prepare the assigned production area to meet the production schedules and targets.
Control inventory to ensure the availability of materials required for the operation.
Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, so that productionspecifications are met and resources are used efficiently.
Protect plant assets and the implementation of internal control regulations.
Prepare production reports so that performance problems can be identified and resolved.
Production Processes
Define manufacturing processes for a specific area following safety, EHS standards andefficiency/productivity requirements.
Propose ideas for the continuous improvement program in the area.
Take care on necessary capacity improvements to fulfill the demand evolution and prevent new assetinvestments.
Owner of Lean program roll out and team meetings.
People Management
Manage staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated,safely.
Document performance and provide ongoing feedback (eg, conducting mid-year and end-year reviews),addressing behavior and job performance issues, recommending hiring and annual salary increases.
Train new workers in our operating procedures and standards.
Required Qualifications:
Vocational diploma in Technical Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in food manufacturing with exposure to quality or materials process management.
2+ years of progressive experience in people management.
Production Software background Nat_base/SAP.
Knowledge of project management principles.

Job Description
The Assembler is primarily responsible for the assembly of aerospace components using the appropriate assembly techniques with additional responsibility in secondary equipment/operations. This position is responsible for using the MRP system (NAV) and computer databases to enter component data. Basic math skills are required to perform this job. At all times this position is required to follow the proper safety procedures as well as strictly adhere to all documented procedures around the processing of parts.

The Fire Protection Designer will be responsible for supporting the design and layout of fire sprinkler systems for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, field teams, and other trades to ensure system designs are accurate, code-compliant, and aligned with project specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare fire sprinkler design drawings that maximize efficiency, meet code compliance and industry standards, and coordinate with building components and other trades, using design software and 3D modeling.
- Coordinate pipe and sprinkler locations with building components and other trades.
- Prepare hydraulic calculations to determine pipe sizes.
- Stocklist materials for fabrication and purchasing.
- Detail shop drawings for installation.
- Submit drawings, documentation and completed applications submitting applications for permits to the proper municipalities and/or authorities, with the appropriate transmittal forms.
- Attend Company Meetings and reporting status of work as required.
- Provide accurate and complete information on reports and quotes.
- Expedite drawing approvals on a timely and consistent basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related from an accredited college or university.
- Knowledge of and experience using design software, such as AutoSprink, Hydratec and/or AutoCad preferred.
- NICET certification preferred; learn and comply with NFPA standards and other applicable federal, state, and local codes.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and mathematical aptitude, with attention to detail, good working knowledge or hydraulic calculations and ability to read and understand construction blueprints.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities under time constraints.
- Flexibility to be available as needed and to travel to client sites when necessary.

In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.Responsibilities include:
Providing daily supervision and mentorship
Managing household routines and student schedules
Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.Benefits include:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Master Data Management Specialist will be responsible for the proper configuration, setup, organization and creation of SAP Master Materials Records (MMR) for the planning, procurement, use and control according to company needs and customer requirements. The position will oversee several material maser parameters like product hierarchy, MRP parameters and other relevant classifications. The Master Data Management Specialist (MDM Specialist) will also focus on setting up, creating, maintaining, updating and organizing the master material records by collaborating with all applicable parties for the proper Product Lifecycle Management. With an emphasis on supporting production requirements, quicker new product launches, elimination and control of duplicate record, this role will need to engage with other G+D sites and material central teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of Master Data management or Supply Change Management.
- 1+ years of SAP experience would be a plus.
- Strong Excel and database building/navigating skills.
- Methodic, precise person. Able to manage large sets of data.
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively operate in any organizational structure and interface with all levels of the organization. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Master Data Management Specialist will be responsible for the proper configuration, setup, organization, creation and maintenance of systems’ Master Data for the materials, planning, production for warehousing and, shipping.
- Support Design Review (DSR) meetings to ensure proper Sales Order Configuration setup.
- Verifying accuracy of MMR with regard to sales orders and applicable production orders.
- Troubleshoot issues with materials, configurations, orders, etc.
- Transact proper material introduction into SAP thru ProPLMClient from ProNovia.
- Manage the access and roles to systems & applications (Authorizations), e.g. SAP ECC.
- Foresee the necessary changes for variant configuration objects to adapt them better to business needs and request them to central.
- Support production requirements, quicker new product launches, elimination and control of duplicate records.
- Support the introduction of new systems specially in the data consistency side of it and the testing.
- Support the creation and distribution of reports as required.
- Documenting SAP processes related to Master Data. Develop and deliver clear, concise, and effective end user training and associated training materials.
- Partners with department managers to fully understand user functionality, pain points, and areas with opportunity for improvement. Provide training and extensive support to end-users, ensuring optimal utilization of the implemented SAP and other systems’ functionalities.
- Prepare reports, or deliver presentations, about their recommended approach (or modifications), including creation of proposals to change current SAP ePayments template and specifying benefit evaluation. Deployment of approved changes & functionalities in the organization.
- Collaborate with Finance for costing related topics.
- Assurance of local process adherence according to the established “template”.
- Continues to learn and develop technical SAP and business expertise.
- Establish and maintain a North American key user community (US and Canada) and foster and exchange with other global key user communities
