About the Role
This is a hands-on Design Engineer opportunity supporting both new and existing products in a metal stamping, fabricating, and assembly environment.
This role is heavily focused on tooling design, including progressive dies, slide forming tools, fixtures, and gages. You’ll work closely with Tool Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, efficient, and production-ready.
If you enjoy translating prints into real-world tooling solutions and working directly with the floor during development and pilot runs, this role offers strong technical depth and ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Read and interpret part prints, revisions, and specifications
- Design progressive metal stamping and slide forming tools
- Design tooling for sheet metal punching, forming, and fabrication
- Design gages, staging fixtures, and comparator traces for inspection support
- Develop weld and assembly fixtures
- Specify materials per customer prints and requirements
- Establish and manage project design timelines
- Provide customer feedback on tolerances and design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Support Tool Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing during development and pilot runs
- Participate in APQP-driven product launch teams
- Provide additional design support across internal teams as needed
What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2+ years of design engineering experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in metal stamping, fabrication, or manufacturing environments
- Strong ability to read and interpret detailed engineering prints
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
- Familiarity with Logopress3 preferred
- Working knowledge of APQP processes preferred

JOB SUMMARY
A Welder II is responsible for welding and joining various metal components and structures, ensuring they meet quality standards and engineering specifications. The job involves operating welding equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and contributing to the fabrication process to create high-quality, durable products. Welder II will work closely with Welder Is to ensure proper techniques and work order directions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Depending on the job requirements, perform welding tasks using various welding processes, such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding.
- Sets up and adjusts welding equipment, including selecting the appropriate welding tools, gas, and wire.
- Use cutting tools, grinders, and other equipment to prepare workpieces by cleaning, beveling, or cutting them to the required size and shape.
- Inspects welded joints and completed assemblies to verify that they meet quality and dimensional specifications.
- Follows safety procedures and wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe work environment.
- Receives training for welding certificates that apply to the different alloys that need welding.
- Train Welder Is and give them directions on daily tasks and welding techniques.
- Completes more difficult welding projects and passes on the more straightforward projects to Welder Is.
- Responsible for ordering all welding supplies.

Seeking multiple Project Engineers to provide Owner Representation on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in Port Washington, WI (~40 mins north of Milwaukee, WI). These individuals will manage various scopes during the fit-out of multiple buildings on campus.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or similar field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity required
• Data Center experience is a preferred
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a strong preference
• Proficiency in Procore is strongly preferred
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Manage individual tasks throughout the construction process including submittal and RFI processing, and safety reporting
• Coordinate Owner led meetings, transcribe meeting minutes and drive actions to closure
• Oversee OFCI equipment release, delivery, deficiencies, startup and commissioning

• Guide design team/contractors throughout each project
• Work closely with Operations to coordinate ongoing construction activities on campus, develops and tracks MOPs for critical work in live spaces, and provide customer support as necessary
• Provide project commissioning support by onboarding the Commissioning Agent, facilitating script approvals and ensuring compliance with customer requirements

• Assist the Construction department with the upkeep of current campus and site permits, update the permit bond tracking sheet, and coordinate with local authorities to ensure all permits are current
