About the Role As a Tree Climber with SavATree, you’ll be a key member of our General Tree Care Team.

This team works on a variety of tree care tasks, including pruning, removals, and cabling.

This role will be one of their first internal hires tasked with eliminating tech debt from off shore resources and positioning the product in a way it can scale.

This role will have a passive on call rotation as you are an early hire on their internal team.

This will not include night time hours as they already have a team tasked with that.

Understanding of the start up environment and able to balance the remote flexibility with the need for occasional on call responsibilities 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on JavaScript, Typescript and specifically NodeJS, and working with NoSQL and non-relational databases.

Proven experience with AWS cloud services.

In-depth knowledge of Git for version control.

Experience in a start-up environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.

Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for quality.
