POSITION DESCRIPTION/

The Software Tech Lead provides strategic and tactical technical leadership for software product design and hardware-software integration programs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/

Program Strategy & Kickoff:

• Technical Architecture and Strategy: Collaborate with our customers and Engineering Leadership to identify technical strategies, customer and team goals, and define deliverables to meet or exceed expectations.
• Program Kickoff and Internal Alignment: Collaborate with Program Managers (PMs) and Engineering Leadership to develop and present technical approach slides for Internal Kickoffs, communicating milestones, technical tasks, and skillsets needed to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Technical Leadership & Execution:

• Testing and Verification Leadership: Oversee the team's testing and verification strategy, including defining and enforcing quality gates, ensuring comprehensive unit, integration, and system testing, and validating that all delivered software meets the highest standards for performance, security, and customer-defined requirements.
• Technical Project Tracking: Lead the breakdown of technical work into manageable Epics, Milestones, and Issues, ensuring progress is delivered successfully.
• Mentorship: Innovate and mentor a team of engineers, leading them on top of tech trends (e.g., DevSecOps for embedded) and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Customer Engagement & Growth:

• Technical Partner: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) point of contact for customers in articulating technical requirements, outlining technical expectations, and leading high-stakes customer demonstrations.
• Tangram Solutions Alignment: Identify opportunities to utilize Tangram products in conjunction with new and existing technology to create solutions for our customers
• Business Expansion: Provide technical feasibility inputs to the Growth team and Portfolio Managers to shape follow-on opportunities, develop technical proposals, and contribute to the "Future Phase" strategy for customer relationships.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Required Skills:

• Education: BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 8-10+ years in software product development with a strong focus on embedded systems and software integration.
• Leadership: Proven experience in a technical leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead, Chief Engineer, or Principal Investigator) managing full-lifecycle delivery to programs.

As a Printhead Technician, you will focus on printhead operational performance improvement for Kodak Prosper S-Series, Prosper press and Ultra Stream customers. Work will include analyzing customer data, visiting customer sites to investigate current conditions, and developing and implementing customized improvement plans. The Printhead Technician will coordinate with customer management, operators and Kodak field service to ensure equipment and processes are at optimum conditions to promote the reliability of Kodak printheads and writing systems. Responsibilities:

• Obtain and Analyze Printhead Performance Data. Use Kodak's database and interact with the sales representative, field service organization and end customers to obtain and analyze customer data to investigate printhead life trends, system utilization, operating conditions and system configurations.

• Coordinate and Deliver Customer Training Visits. Work with field service and customers to plan and execute on-site visits to train operators and maintenance personnel on the best practices for optimum system performance. Qualifications:

• Ability to lead an automation project from start to finish. Requires in depth knowledge of automation concepts, working with outside vendors.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, in a technical support role such as engineering, quality, etc.
• Strong understanding of problem-solving tools: 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Etc. Considered an expert-level problem solver with high abilities.

Summary: The Global Commodity Sourcing Specialist is responsible for protecting revenue and executing gross margin improvements. Support the supply chain plan for all new products and assist evolving/improving the supply chain for existing products. Support key relationships across the supply chain and contribute through the Sourcing strategy to our Gross Margin contribution from our supply chain.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
• Assist in supplier selection processes in alignment with business partners and assist with contract negotiations up to final authorization.
• Execute RFQ process using electronic system, obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
• Conduct the cost BOM analysis to ensure the cost BOM integrity and accuracy and identify the key components to develop the cost driving strategy.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in CNC machining and precision manufacturing to support production operations. This role is responsible for developing and improving machining processes, supporting CNC programming and tooling strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a machine shop or high-volume machining environment and a strong understanding of CNC equipment, machining processes, and manufacturing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize CNC machining processes for production.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, setup sheets, and process flow diagrams.
• Support or develop CNC programs for mills, lathes, and other machining centers.
• Evaluate and select cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding solutions to improve productivity and quality.
• Troubleshoot machining issues related to tool wear, cycle times, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing and process issues.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and waste elimination.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and process optimization.
