About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead all Quality operations within a growing aerospace/advanced manufacturing environment. This role oversees quality systems, compliance, audits, supplier management, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep understanding of AS9100, and the ability to drive a high‑performing quality culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Quality team through coaching, training, performance reviews, and career planning.
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS), including AS9100 compliance, audits, and procedure updates.
  • Oversee monthly/annual metrics, documentation control, ECO processing, and risk & opportunity tracking.
  • Manage CAPA processes (customer, supplier, internal), NMR/MRB workflows, and GIDEP alerts.
  • Serve as the primary quality interface for customers and suppliers, supporting reviews, issue resolution, and status updates.
  • Support RFQ and Contract Review processes by validating requirements, flow‑downs, QA codes, and risk entries.
  • Oversee supplier approvals, certification tracking, site visits, and quarterly supplier ratings.
  • Manage calibration systems, PM documentation, government property equipment logs, and inspection activities (incoming, in‑process, final).
  • Support NIST/CMMC compliance with IT and complete actions related to infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Conduct new‑hire onboarding and coordinate training with HR and Manufacturing leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with NAVSUP GFP requirements and conduct monthly walk‑around assessments.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all quality processes and cross‑functional operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience

Responsible for inspection, installation, and repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-action, Deluge and Foam systems; Testing, rebuilding and/or replacing Backflow Preventers. Responsible for identifying trouble areas and performing service in an efficient and professional manner to ensure that sprinkler systems are operating properly. We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented lead technician. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and a good communicator. This important position will establish a rapport and build positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities include:


Sprinkler and Backflow Systems Installation, Repair, & Service:

  • Prepare jobsite, performing visual inspection of system, disabling horn & strobes, and alerting alarm company and fire department.
  • Install/hang sprinkler systems and their components per NFPA and engineering guidelines.
  • Install or replace wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam systems as needed.
  • Repair and/or replace all sprinkler systems components.


Repair, replace and rebuild backflow preventers as necessary.

  • Verify proper communication with monitoring station when working on a monitored system after repair.
  • Perform system tests to verify alarm & sprinkler systems are working properly upon completion of repair.
  • Complete installation paperwork in a timely manner and turn completed paperwork into branch management.
  • Report Deficiencies to Department Manager.


Qualifications

  • Massachusetts Fire Sprinkler Journeyman License
  • 1-3 years field experience in Sprinkler and Backflow systems service.
  • Fire and /or Life Safety Systems experience.
  • Must have or be able & willing to attain state Sprinkler and/or Backflow Licenses.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
  • Must have a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Must be able to visually inspect and service sprinkler and backflow systems.
  • Must be able to recognize alarm sights and sounds.
  • Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes.
  • May require ability to effectively use a Sprinkler Pipe Threader.
  • Must be able to effectively use backflow tester, pipe wrench, various lifts and common pipe fitting tools.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven success in performance of Sprinkler inspection, installation, and service is highly preferred.
  • NICET Certification in Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems and/or Water-Based Systems Layout, preferred.


Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

In addition, it is expected this person will work across all Raytheon functional organizations to staff the Production IPT and ensure the timely start-up and delivery of products in accordance with the contract(s).

What You Will Do

  • Responsibilities (Core & Day to Day) Support design specification development through production qualification reviews and release including ensuring design is manufacturable
  • Participate in design peer reviews and conduct trade studies to promote sound technical decisions.
  • Provide responses to supplier questions related to general design expectations and interpretation of the relevant specifications​.
  • Provide guidance on Raytheon expectations for design rigor, level of TDP & MDP documentation required, typical analysis approach, and other similar topics.

What You Will Do:

As an Control Account Manager, you’ll be assigned to one or more LTAMDS programs and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Land and Air Defense products and services over their life cycle. As a Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) CAM, the successful candidate will support the DFS program Leads, LTAMDS Program Control Account Managers, and Program leads in the successful completion of monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results. Scope of work includes partnering with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs. The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools. The candidate will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to drive predictable cost and schedule. The ability to be self-sufficient as well as operating in a team environment, supporting both the Functional organizations, and ensuring program financial commitments are met and are fundamental to success in this role.

You’ll be responsible for the following responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and

Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) on a monthly basis including estimate of costs, test of reasonableness analysis, and risk and opportunities assessment at the Program / Product / Mission area level.

  • Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.

  • Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts

  • Providing LCE inputs to proposals, supporting customer proposal negotiations, executing program start-up to include program Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule and performance baseline development. Developing and partnering customer proposals, white papers, statements of work and Basis of Estimates

Qualifications You Must Have:
