Essential Job Responsibilities

• Communicate and execute company standards for estimating electrical design, utilizing P/S, D/A, and D/B estimating processes
• Assist in building and planning projects supporting our company metrics
• Manage assigned projects from start to completion with responsibility for the final bid proposal
• Utilize Accubid software to manage project set up, take-off, and review bid documents for deficiencies
• Secure and review subcontractor and material quotations
• Maintain client satisfaction ratings of 4+

As a Principal System Safety Engineer, you will be accountable for the establishment and execution of the major safety programs.  The Safety Lead is a technical expert in missile safety as well as a project manager who establishes and monitors safety program execution, leads program safety teams, and interfaces with program & functional leadership.  This requires advanced application of MIL-STD 882E for System Safety (hardware, software, firmware, and personnel) for DoD Missile systems, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience as well as project management experience and leadership.  Location: Aurora, CO.

What You Will Do

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Principal System Safety Engineer to join us onsite as a Safety Lead with proven experience in executing all aspects of system safety.

• Developing and implementing one or more MIL-STD-882E compliant system safety programs involving management (task series 100), analysis (task series 200), evaluation (task series 300), and verification (task series 400).
• Practical application of project management skills: 
  • Create/update the strategy for the program to meet all its milestones with system safety features integrated into the product in compliance with contract and awarded funding.  
  • Create a schedule and integrate safety tasks and activities into program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). 
  • Plan/manage the safety program effort within the Program IMS. 
  • Understanding of the safety budget and tasking through close coordination with the responsible CAM / IPTL / product owner, including EACs. 
  • Mentor junior safety engineers.    
• Actively engage in engineering review boards, and configuration control boards to stay on top of design changes and assess impacts to the established safety program.

This Chief Engineer (CE) role leads a a program within the Space-Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (S-ISR)/Integrated Intelligence & Warfighter Support (I2WS) portfolio that provides high-impact software services to the Intelligence Community (IC) mission. What You Will Do

Customer

• Recognized SME and directly involved in Proprietary customer engagements to support Program objectives.

Business Capture

• Lead pursuit shaping and capture in the broader strategic business area to include Acquisition Transformation Strategy initiatives.

People

• Review and communicate staffing demand for the base program, task order deliveries, and in anticipation program modifications.

• Develop and maintain a Chief Engineer succession plan, actively mentor potential successors.

Process & Policy

• Ensure the program's engineering leads and engineering personnel are following approved program processes, procedures and contractual requirements.

• Request and lead engineering reviews and customer technical meetings, ensuring they are appropriate to the scope and phase of the program (e.g. Operational Readiness Review, Increment Planning, etc.).

• Accountable to plan, develop, and review program estimates at complete, bids, milestone reviews, and gates per the approved S-ISR Delegation of Authority, or as otherwise directed by the Program Area Chief Engineer (PACE).

• If failures occur, ensure Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action (FRACA) implementation is thorough, addresses systemic issues (if any), and is in accordance with company policy.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

We are currently looking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist!

The Customer Experience Specialist is accountable for managing the order to delivery process for customer accounts. They are the face of Horizon Family Brands to our customers. The Customer Experience Specialist will proactively lead the resolution of all issues related to customer orders. They collaborate with our customers and Field Sales to meet service objectives and deliver growth. Customer Order & Logistics Management

• Manages customer accounts, from order receipt to delivery including order fill, transportation planning, on time delivery monitoring, exception management and supporting promotions, seasonal and new item launch management.

• Acts as first point of contact to investigate problems and facilitate issue resolution to allow for timely and efficient processing of sales orders and invoicing.
