Responsibilities: As an Accounting Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: 1.

Overseeing the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.

Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

4.

Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

5.

Coordinating and completing annual audits.

6.

Providing recommendations for improving systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

7.

Assigning projects and directing staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

8.

Meeting financial accounting objectives.

9.

Leading and directing all aspects of the CapEx process including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning of capital expenditures.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: 1.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

An MBA or relevant certification (such as a CPA) is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting leadership role, preferably within the engineering industry.

Proven experience with CapEx, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning of capital expenditures.

Proficient in accounting software and administration, along with a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.

How You'll Make an Impact:

As a member of DispatchHealth?s Transition to Practice Fall 2025 Program Cohort, you?ll work alongside other program fellows across the country to put your skills from your Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training and advanced degree into practice. You?ll gain experience in an intensive nine-month training and learning program to prepare you to see patients independently and enable you for success. You?ll work side by side in your market and connect with your cohort colleagues across the country. Additionally, you will be trained and mentored by Advanced Practice leaders from around the country. They will provide comprehensive education, training, and feedback on how to care for the acutely ill patient as you participate in transforming healthcare, one patient at a time. Interviews for the next cohort will start end of May 2025 and the program will begin September 15th, 2025.

Compensation: This fellowship program has a training rate of $57.60/hour (non-exempt). After 6 months of successful performance, compensation transitions to a salary of $131,040.00(exempt).

What You'll Do:

For your first portion of the program, you will participate in intensive classroom didactic and skills sessions and receive one-on-one in person training, guided by a seasoned provider while caring for patients in our unique care delivery model(s). Additional programmatic elements include learning documentation best practices, receiving coaching & mentoring, 1:1 feedback, and virtual case study work with your cohort.

  • Critical thinking in emergency setting
  • Perform technical procedures such as venipuncture, administering IV fluids, and catheter placement.

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Licensed Veterinary Technicians to join our Neurology team. As a Neurology Technician, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch medical care to pets and their owners. You will be part of a collaborative veterinary team involved in neurologic procedures, ensuring the highest standards in anesthesia care and working closely with multiple departments to create seamless patient experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adaptable, have a positive attitude, and a passion for animal care.

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shifts 4 times per week
  • Weekend shift per week required
  • On-call shift rotation required once trained
  • Shift differential for any shift hours worked within 6p-6am $3/hr Mon-Thurs and $5/hr Fri-Sun

Department coverage needed:

  • Neurology

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid license as a Veterinary Technician or be board eligible
  • Minimum of two years of experience working as a Licensed Veterinary Technician
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Experience in specialty medicine preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
