Responsibilities




  • Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including:

  • Performs standard vehicle maintenance

  • Performs preventive maintenance

  • Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable

  • Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections & repairs with minimal supervision

  • Replaces defective components as instructed

  • Works unsupervised on most tasks

  • Performs facility maintenance duties

  • Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task.

  • Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available.

  • Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT).

  • Acts as mentor for Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels.

  • Demonstrate the ability to access and use internal and external maintenance documents.

  • Other support duties as required to support operations. These could include but are not limited to Service Island support

  • SBTIII trained within 180 days (SBT220)

  • Complete 2 of the OEM On-Line diagnostic scan tool software courses as required by location fleet mi. (predominant OEM of fleet mix completed within 365days)

DCS has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Analyst providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBD), Theater Battle Control Division.

The Theater Battle Control Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Tactical Air Control, Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.

This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts.

Essential Job Functions: Perform routine cost estimating methods such as analogy, engineering or scientific methodology, and extrapolation.

Perform cost estimating outputs to assess the impact various factors have on the costs to design, research, develop, operate, maintain, and dispose of a particular weapon system.

Analyze all elements affecting costs for a project of limited scope.

Analyze contractor financial data using Earned Value Management (EVM) measures of merit to determine program viability with respect cost and schedule performance.

Analytical processes, such as setting up the problem; conducting background research; collecting and reducing data; displaying data for analysis; formulating mathematical expressions; and drawing conclusions.

Provide contract pricing support services for tasks in all phases of the acquisition cycle to include development, award, management, measurement and contract closeout.

Prepare draft pricing briefings, draft pricing correspondence, and draft agency pricing reports.

Develop pricing related evaluation criteria, track pre-award task order milestones and status.

Support source selection teams in the evaluation of cost proposals.

Prepare pricing documentation for review and approval by the Government CO.

Prepare pricing spreadsheets of technical proposals and perform other pricing analyses to support price/cost evaluations of technical proposals.

Provide pricing support for discussions/communications with offerors.

Provide pricing support to construct agency pricing related reports and draft other pricing related documents in response to protest actions or other claims against the agency.

Access, populate, and analyze information in organizational pricing related databases.

Knowledge of most appropriate phase of the budgetary cycle (planning, programming, justification, and execution) for initiating new programs.

Experience in quantitative analysis and calculus.

Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S.

Citizenship is required.

Must have an Active Secret Clearance.

Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoD sector.

Knowledge of most appropriate phase of the budgetary cycle (planning, programming, justification, and execution) for initiating new programs.

Experience with ACEIT.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk / Pallet Jack Under supervision and using established procedures, ensures that trucks are loaded, trays and dollies are unloaded properly.

Follows all GMP’s and insures hands are cleaned and sanitized at all times.

Ensures the production of safe, high quality product.

Promotes good company morale.

Report any equipment and/or people issues.

Insures all checklist and required forms are filled correctly in a timely manner.

Complete all tasks deemed necessary by supervisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Unloads trailers as they arrive.

Keep docks clean, removing any empty trays and pallets.

Offloads any ingredients or other material that may be delivered.

Checks and records ingredients received on the proper form.

Sweeps out and loads trucks according to load sheets, checking off stacks and/or pallets as they are loaded.

Writes down on the load sheet the dates of the product that goes on the trailer.

After load is complete, checks that the pallets on the trailer correspond to the number on the load sheet.

Turns in load sheets, B.O.L., and in other forms completed during shift.

Throws away all empty boxes and bags.

Places all product varieties in the proper aisles and records quantity on “push in sheet”.

Keeps freezer organized and pushed up.

Ensures proper rotation of product (first-in/first-out).

Keeps ante rooms clean and the back of the freezer swept, scraped and free of any debris.

Notifies engineering/foreperson of any equipment problems immediately.

Monitors quality of the product, package seal, trays, dollies and coding.

Checks for proper nesting of trays.

Performs M.B.

pull and push up.

Performs GSF pull and push up.

Keep entire area clean at all times.

Perform Sanitation duties as needed and assigned by Supervisor.

Performs any other job deemed necessary by Supervisor.

Hauls and moves trailers on and off property using trucks and yard dogs QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Knowledge of baking processes, equipment and terminology is desired.

Must have a minimum of 1 year pallet jack/fork lift experience Ability to process large volumes of repetitive work to meet established deadlines Ability to lift heavy materials weighing up to fifty (50) pounds may be required.
