**Responsibilities
** * Represent developers and borrowers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, public and private financing, and development matters.
* Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, development agreements, and related transactional documents.
* Perform title and survey review, due diligence coordination, and issue resolution through closing.

**Qualifications
