Job Summary:

The Quality Engineer III provides advanced quality engineering support across product development and sustaining engineering activities. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality systems while driving cross functional collaboration. The position focuses on risk management, technical documentation, and verification and validation strategies to support high quality product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality engineering activities across the product lifecycle including design controls, risk management, and validation planning

• Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation such as protocols, reports, and engineering specifications

• Drive cross functional engineering reviews to ensure alignment on quality and regulatory expectations

• Ensure compliance with quality system regulations including 21 CFR 820

• Execute and maintain risk management activities including DFMEA and FMEA

• Support engineering change processes including engineering change orders and requests

• Develop and support verification and validation strategies and execution

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field

• 5–7 years of relevant engineering experience in a regulated industry

• Strong technical writing skills with experience in creating compliant documentation

• Experience driving cross functional reviews and project coordination

• Knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and quality system regulations

• Experience with risk management tools such as DFMEA and FMEA

• Hands on experience with engineering change processes including engineering change orders

• Experience with verification and validation planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting operations or sustaining engineering environments

• Experience writing and processing nonconformance reports

DESCRIPTION:

Primary Function of the Position:

• Responsible for ensuring suppliers meet ISI requirements for quality, service, delivery, and cost. Drive suppliers to continuously improve business and manufacturing processes specifically related to wire harness and cable assembly.
• Evaluate and select suppliers within copper cables/harness industry. Guide Engineering in choosing suppliers for new products and providing DFM input to new designs. Supports both NPI and on-going production, monitors and works with suppliers to improve supplier performance. Executes detailed projects with suppliers to implement changes and improvements affecting quality, cost, capacity, risk, and sub-supplier management.

Essential Job Duties:

• Work with NPD to procure custom cables ensuring DFM to achieve quality and cost targets
• Support NPD with proto builds and track material readiness at Supplier Drive supplier root cause analysis for cable harness failures
• Mitigate risks and ensure supply continuity by evaluating capacity, lead times and quality issues
• Develop and maintain harness standards, specifications, and design guidelines.
• Work with Strategic Sourcing to evaluate new suppliers and new supplier manufacturing sites
• Complete project/ part qualification deliverables including Supplier pFMEA, Process Validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), Inspection Reports, Gage R&R, and Process Capability AnalysisWork with suppliers to execute cost reductions, capacity improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Select the right process and supplier for the part, considering long-term fit and total cost of ownership.
• Manage supplier changes including manufacturing process changes, production optimization, facility changes, new equipment qualification, and new line validations.
• Drive changes to ISI requirements as necessary by initiating and managing changes to specifications and drawings through the engineering change order process.
• Own and drive to closure supplier variances from symptom through root cause analysis to corrective action, including careful CAPA documentation.
• Effectively prioritize and advance multiple concurrent projects and tasks Clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders Build, own, and relentlessly pursue a vision for developing suppliers.
• Understand proper level of documentation detail for tracking of actions and justification of decisions.
• Generate key metrics for the team and suppliers and continually drive for timely achievement of those metrics.
• Drive suppliers to continually improve their business and manufacturing process performance to meet requirements for supplier excellence using a collection of best practices in project management, Six Sigma, Lean, SPC and negotiation. Lead these efforts without managerial guidance at several suppliers simultaneously.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for supplier process by driving supplier’s investigations and root cause analysis.
• Provide effective and timely supply base information and recommendation to management by creating and delivering data-driven supply base information to any level of management at ISI with little or no guidance.
• Prepare and deliver supplier communications as required by independently working with suppliers on scorecard creation.
• Work with suppliers and ISI engineering for the new product introduction to: Create product supplier landscapes to determine launch readiness and report to management.
• Develop supplier ramp readiness plans by judging business risk based on forecast, supplier capacity, quality performance, and process capability.
• DFM by engaging suppliers early in development cycle to feedback manufacturability improvements in the designs prior to production.
• Influence and guide Engineering in choosing suppliers by determining selection criteria for preferred suppliers and leading the team effort to evaluate preferred suppliers.
• Review, analyze and close customer complaints, manufacturing variance requests, and first article inspections by judging risk analyses and justifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 7 years related experience with an BS Engineering degree or 5 years’ experience with MS in Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations to executive level management.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and team building skills.
• A proven history of implementing Lean/6 Sigma/SPC Programs at suppliers.
• Excellent Project Management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with good judgment.

Responsibilities

As a Mission Systems Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Systems team and will report to the Systems & Safety Manager. The Systems & Safety Team is responsible for architecting systems that support novel safety-critical functions, establishing development methodologies for new technologies, and complying with the federal regulations.

As part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to expanding the aircraft's mission and functional capabilities. Your first-hand pilot experience and your engineering experience in design and development will further strengthen the team's ability to meet rigorous expectations of stakeholders and certification authorities. You will collaborate with members from other groups within Reliable Robotics to develop new and novel systems necessary for unmanned aircraft operations.

Responsibilities

• In your role as a Mission Systems Engineer you will contribute to the development of prototypes and certifiable safety-critical flight systems in a dynamic start-up work environment

• Define and document mission-related aspects of future aircraft operation using insight from a pilot's perspective

• Define and communicate strategies and plans for type certification and operational approval

• Develop training and support documents needed to deploy autonomous systems in an operational environment

• Support system architecture development and assess trade-off studies regarding performance, complexity, risk, and effort

• Capture system requirements and interfaces to drive avionics hardware and software development

• Perform operational safety assessments in support of experimental and production missions

• Provide engineering expertise in the design, development, test and validation of vehicle level functions and performances

• Broad experience from 7+ years of designing various systems, integrations, and testing of complex safety-critical aerospace systems or equivalent technology

Preferred Criteria

• Advanced Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline

• Creative problem solver that can bring multiple disciplines together with the ability to assess risk and make design and development decisions based first principles without all available data

• Experience certifying flight critical systems, hardware, and software via ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-254, and DO-178C respectively

As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be a part of our Radar Engineering team. The Radar Engineering team is comprised of a small cross functional team of motivated and experienced engineers; we're responsible for designing, building, and testing cutting edge phased array radar systems from concept to certified product. Responsibilities

In your role as a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing phased array radar systems and developing radar processing algorithms to enable short, long range object tracking, and radar image generation. You will be involved in all phases of development from conception to production, designing your algorithms in Matlab, Python, and implementation in C++ on the target hardware. You will drive the system-level requirements of the phased array radar system, and drive trade studies collaborating with the cross functional teams. You will support the integration of the radar on the aircraft and support data collection and analysis during flight testing. • 8+ years of professional hands-on experience with Radar algorithms, radar system design, radar signal processing, integration, and test of a radar system

Arcadis is growing our design team and looking for experienced Mechanical Designers, preferably with advanced technology tool installation project experience. In this role, you will be an integral part of the engineering design team, working alongside our engineering managers, architects, and project managers in performing technical design and specification. The Designer will work on the planning, production, and implementation of mechanical and process piping systems design for our advanced technology clients.Experience in advanced technology/semiconductor manufacturing facilities and tool install design is highly desirable.

We are currently looking for multiple production Designers and Lead Designers. Must be located in the US and willing to work onsite at the private client’s location in Santa Clara, CA.

Role accountabilities:

• Prepare construction documents for mechanical and process piping systems such as process exhaust, PCW (Processed Chilled Water), UPW (Ultra-Pure Water), specialty gas/chem, and drains.
• Knowledge of pipe sizing and flow rate calculation for liquids and gasses preferred.
• High Tech industry knowledge of materials specs preferred.
• Strong familiarity with the process of developing constructible packages based on client and tool vendor provided information and templates is required.
• Experience surveying and documenting existing conditions and identification of utility points of connection (POC).
• Experience in developing and following space management/routing guidelines and rack details.
• Produce engineering drawings in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Perform construction administration and field work as required. Prior field and installation experience a plus.
• Participate in team coordination activities with other disciplines, sub-contractors, and Clients.
• Able and willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, hard hats, safety glasses, fire retardant clothing, cut-resistant gloves, and other PPE as required per the requirements of clients’ safety policies when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2-8 years’ experience creating construction documents for mechanical and process piping systems such as process exhaust, PCW(Processed Chilled Water), UPW (Ultra-Pure Water), specialty gas/chem, and specialty drains.
• Hands on experience creating floor plans, layouts, piping diagrams, and rack elevations.
• Associates level education or above preferred, CADD certificate, or relevant work experience also taken into consideration.
• Knowledge of specialized materials of construction required for high purity and corrosive media system construction.
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and relevant procedures.
• Knowledge of Instrumentation, Controls, and Life Safety monitoring system requirements in hazardous production material environments.
• Ability to multitask on multiple projects and work independently. Takes ownership of assignments, can work both independently and as part of the team.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD and/or Revit to produce engineering drawings.
• Working knowledge of International Building Codes.

The Role 

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Commercial Operations & Events Manager to become the operational backbone of our commercialization team. 

You will report directly to our Head of Partnerships and will also work actively with the VP of Commercialization and Brand Manager, helping turn ideas into execution — coordinating events, shipments, communications, and schedules so the team can focus on building relationships and growing the business. This position is primarily centered on events and logistics management (approximately 75%), with the remaining time dedicated to executive support functions. 

This role is ideal for someone who loves making complex things run smoothly and wants meaningful exposure to strategy, partnerships, and startup execution. 

No two weeks look the same: one day coordinating a partner tasting, another organizing sample logistics, preparing materials for an executive meeting, or helping bring a high-profile dinner to life. 

What You’ll Do 

Bring Experiences to Life 

• Coordinate tastings, dinners, demos, and industry events. Note: our more involved tastings will include collaboration with a Culinary / Demo Chef. 
• Manage logistics, timelines, materials, and execution details 
• Help ensure every event reflects our standards for quality and storytelling 
• Lead on-site setup and execution for San Francisco-based events, including the presentation of our food products 

Own Samples & Logistics 

• Coordinate preparation and shipment of customer samples

Practical Details

As a MEMS Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the setup, execution, and continuous improvement of our MEMS and flowcell production processes. You will play a hands-on role in building the lab infrastructure, installing and qualifying new equipment, and ensuring high product quality in a cleanroom environment.

This is a contract position through an external agency with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Perform daily cleanroom manufacturing processes including wet processing, resist coating, chemical vapor deposition, mechanical assembly, and visual inspections using high-powered microscopes (bright field/dark field).
• Support installation and qualification of new equipment, fixtures, and tools, coordinating with Facilities and Engineering.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Revise and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs), preventive maintenance schedules, and process documentation.
• Set up efficient workstations and workflows to ensure smooth production.
• Collect process data and apply SPC principles to monitor and control yield and performance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in cleanroom and GMP best practices.
• Document continuous improvement (Kaizen/A3) projects.
