As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Aircraft and Maintenance) at Reliable Robotics, you'll play a critical role in developing and continuously improving our manufacturing, installation, and maintenance processes to meet design, regulatory, and business requirements (including safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery). You will be responsible for our automation system's installation and maintenance, including hands-on installations, procedure development, documentation, conducting design for excellence (DFx) reviews, and developing the processes and infrastructure to help the business scale. Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, modification, testing, and fabrication of the Reliable-designed mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/avionics assemblies, harnessing, interconnects, and other commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products

• Conduct design for excellence (DFx) reviews to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements

• Collaborate with design, quality, and certification teams to embed manufacturability, compliance, and risk mitigation in all phases of product development (e.g., prototype, R&D, certification, and production)

• Develop and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, quality management system, technical bulletins, engineering orders, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives

• Develop processes to ensure accurate, current, and complete documentation (installation and inspection records, logbook entries, etc.) is utilized and maintained

• Lead root-cause analysis and implement timely corrective actions to maintain schedule, quality, and reliability

• Ensure an adequate supply of tools, serviceable parts, components, and consumables necessary for aircraft servicing and maintenance is maintained

• Oversee routine/non-routine aircraft installations, inspections, and maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and availability across multiple airframes

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems engineering, or 7+ years of relevant experience leading aircraft maintenance/modification operations

• 7+ years of aircraft design, manufacturing, inspection, and/or testing experience

• 2+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs in aerospace, autonomy, or robotics

• 2+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, such as Altium, NX, and Teamcenter

Preferred Criteria

• Holder of an FAA-accredited Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate

• Prototype/R&D development or New Product Introduction (NPI) experience

As a Systems Safety Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Systems & Safety team and will report to the Systems & Safety Manager. The Systems & Safety Team is responsible for architecting systems which support novel safety-critical functions, establishing development methodologies for new technologies, and comply with the federal regulations.

As part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to expanding the aircraft's operational and functional capabilities. Your professional experience in aircraft and system safety will further strengthen the team's ability to meet rigorous expectations of stakeholders and certification authorities. You will collaborate with members from other groups within Reliable Robotics to ensure the safety of new and novel systems necessary for unmanned aircraft operations.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Systems Safety Engineer you will contribute to the development and architectural design supporting the delivery of prototypes and certifiable safety-critical flight systems in a dynamic start-up work environment.

You will have these responsibilities:

• Apply systems safety methodologies as defined by industry standards

• Develop new processes / methodologies used to certify autonomous / remote operations

• Perform safety activities in coordination with design, development and verification of aviation systems including: Generate safety artifacts such as FHAs & Safety Assessments for aircraft, systems and equipment. Generate reliability or testability assessments to support safety activities. Validate safety requirements in collaboration with systems teams. Ensure consistency between the safety activities and development activities.

• Support flight operations with safety of flight assessments for experimental operations

The Avionics Hardware team is a small group of highly motivated engineers who develop the core compute, actuation, sensing, and power electronics products at the heart of our automation system. We enjoy cradle-to-grave hardware ownership and hands-on test, iteration, and deployment of our designs. As a Sr Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will lead development of electrical components and sub-systems across our airborne and test platforms from the circuit-board level up through integrated systems and everything in between.

Responsibilities

In your role as Sr Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will design, analyze, document, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the circuit board through integrated electro-mechanical level. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing and test engineers as the expert on your hardware. You will drive improvements to the hardware through benchtop, environmental, and on-aircraft testing, and perform root-cause investigations to characterize, document, and rectify anomalous behavior in a safety-critical environment. You will contribute to continuous improvement of the team's development processes and practices through technical leadership.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle hardware development experience in a professional environment

• Experience developing and simulating complex and manufacturable printed circuit board assemblies using tools such as Altium Designer and SPICE

• Ability to work within a team, including excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to methodically diagnose, document, and solve electronic hardware problems

We are looking for our founding Staff Elixir Backend Software Engineer to build Community's technical foundation from the ground up. You'll be employee #1 on Papa Community's engineering team, reporting directly to Papa Community's GM with dotted-line mentorship from Papa core's engineering leadership.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Build the technical foundation for Papa Community's virtual care platform, designing and implementing systems that connect EHR, care management tools, billing infrastructure, and patient communication platforms.

• Develop secure and scalable integrations between healthcare systems, ensuring reliable data flows and HIPAA-compliant architecture that can support growth to thousands of patients.

• Build data infrastructure and internal tools that enable operational intelligence, automation, and real-time visibility into patient outcomes and care workflows.

• Create systems that support clinical teams with dashboards, automated patient outreach triggers, and clinical decision support tools.

• Lead key technical decisions, including evaluating build-vs-buy tradeoffs, selecting technologies, and architecting solutions that balance speed, reliability, and scalability.

• Partner with Papa Community leadership and Papa's core engineering team to shape the technical roadmap and determine when to leverage third-party tools versus building custom solutions.

• Establish engineering standards and best practices, including code quality standards, testing expectations, deployment processes, and documentation.

• Own platform reliability, monitoring, and performance, ensuring systems supporting healthcare workflows remain stable and resilient.

• Continuously improve system performance, observability, and operational processes to maintain high reliability for patient data, care coordination, and billing workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.

• Expert-level proficiency in Elixir.

• Proven experience building and shipping reliable production systems.

• Experience improving software quality through code reviews, automated testing, controlled rollouts, and monitoring.

• Strong focus on system reliability, performance, and maintainability.

• Passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare technology and industry data standards such as FHIR, HL7, and X12.

• Experience integrating with EHR systems, healthcare vendors, clearinghouses, or billing platforms.

• Experience designing HIPAA-compliant systems that manage protected health information.

• Experience building backend applications using Phoenix LiveView.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to work closely with customers to rapidly diagnose, develop, and deploy technical solutions that address real-time user issues. This role requires a hands-on full-stack engineer who can quickly understand customer workflows, translate business problems into technical solutions, and implement fixes within extremely short turnaround times.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in highly dynamic environments, collaborating directly with end users and product teams to identify problems, architect solutions, and deploy updates rapidly. The role requires a strong ability to leverage modern development approaches, including rapid prototyping and vibe-coding or similar fast iteration techniques, to resolve customer issues within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and diagnose real-time user issues within deployed systems.
• Translate user needs and operational challenges into technical solutions and rapid fixes.
• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions to resolve customer problems quickly.
• Implement rapid iterations using modern development practices such as vibe-coding, rapid prototyping, and accelerated deployment workflows.
• Deliver production-ready fixes and enhancements within short turnaround windows (often within 12 hours).
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure solutions align with platform architecture and long-term product strategy.
• Monitor deployed solutions, gather feedback from users, and continuously improve system performance and usability.
• Document solutions and contribute improvements back into the core product or platform.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a full-stack software engineer with hands-on development experience.
• Ability to quickly diagnose technical issues and design solutions in real time.
• Experience building and deploying applications across both frontend and backend components.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and understanding real-world user workflows and operational challenges.
• Experience with rapid development and deployment methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in forward deployment engineering, solution engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Familiarity with modern development stacks and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools, AI-assisted coding, or accelerated development frameworks.
