Position Overview

The Recruiting Manager leads recruiting operations for an assigned region within the Marine Division. This role is responsible for managing and developing a team of recruiters while ensuring consistent execution of recruiting activities that support workforce delivery.

The Recruiting Manager drives team performance through structured recruiting processes, clear performance expectations, and accountability to financial performance and recruiting KPIs. Success in this role is defined by the performance of the recruiting team and their ability to consistently deliver qualified workforce to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiter Leadership

  • Lead and manage recruiters within the assigned region
  • Direct daily recruiting activity and hiring priorities
  • Set clear expectations for performance, accountability, and execution
  • Monitor recruiting pipelines, activity, and outcomes

Team Performance & Accountability

  • Manage recruiter performance through financial metrics and recruiting KPIs
  • Evaluate recruiting activity and hiring outcomes across the team
  • Address performance gaps and reinforce consistent standards

Recruiting Operations

  • Oversee recruiting execution to support workforce demand
  • Ensure recruiters prioritize job orders aligned with regional and divisional needs

Recruiter Development

  • Train and mentor recruiters on recruiting processes and best practices
  • Support ongoing development and performance improvement

Process & Systems Discipline

  • Ensure recruiting work follows established processes and workflows
  • Maintain proper utilization of ATS and recruiting systems
  • Reinforce operational discipline across recruiting activity

Regional & Divisional Support

  • Support workforce demand within the assigned region
  • Collaborate with divisional leadership and other branches to allocate recruiting capacity where needed

Electro-Mechanical Technician

The Electro-Mechanical Technician at Green Bay Packaging works in a fast-paced environment that oversees the installation and maintenance of our plant support systems and process machinery. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment, as well as installing new equipment, performing regular services, performing maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will use all the tools at your disposal to ensure the reliability of the industrial equipment and any associated support equipment. This will involve corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance techniques, as well as operational and design feedback for maintaining and improving all systems atGreen Bay Packaging facilities.

What Youll Do

  • Maintain and install all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Install new production support systems and process machinery
  • Inspect and assess functionality of critical facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, and humidification systems)
  • Communicate and schedule production impacts with the production team
  • Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades
  • Read and interpret engineering blueprints and work instructions
  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports
  • Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
  • Maintain tool accountability and comply with GMP standards
  • Assist with general facilities and grounds maintenance

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 3+ years of professional experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, fluid, or control systems

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Associate degree in ElectroMechanical Technology
  • 4+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical control systems (Building automation, machinery, production automation)
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to record, report, and articulate the condition of equipment and recommended repairs or corrective actions
  • Knowledge in the following areas: HVAC, electrical safety, pneumatic principles, tubing, pipe-fittings, rotating machinery (pumps, air compressors, etc.), machining, and welding
  • PLC troubleshooting/programming capability
  • Operational knowledge of multi-meters and operation of various hand tools and power tools
  • Knowledge of high-pressure gas, flammable gas, refrigeration gases, and recovery
  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
  • Physically able to work on your feet, lift, and navigate tight machine spaces

Work Schedule

  • Regular: Working Either 2nd Shift (2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday) OR 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am) after training
    • Training: Day shift (6am 2pm, MondayFriday) for up to 120 days
  • Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required

Compensation

  • New Oral Surgeons in the group are currently collecting approximately $2.1–$2.2M annually once established, with room for growth

Key Responsibilities

  • 2–3+ years of experience in product development, materials R&D, or process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in experimental design and statistical analysis is essential (DOE, Minitab, JMP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with polymers, packaging materials, coatings, or flexible materials is highly desirable.
  • Able to thrive in dynamic teams and roll with the punches in a fast-paced tech environment.
