As a Flight Controls Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be part of the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Team. You will design, implement, integrate, and test flight control laws for all phases of operation including autotaxi, auto-takeoff, autoland, and automatic rollout. You integrate real-world hardware and C/C++ flight software as part of ongoing flight test programs, and perform simulation analysis and data reduction in our Python and C/C++ modeling & simulation environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish autoflight and flight control system requirements

• Interface with Pilots and Operations team to develop flight test plans, respond to squawks, and communicate design updates

• Design and analyze flight control laws from conceptual design through implementation and certification

As a Sr. Avionics Harness Technician at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Production organization. You'll play a critical role in the build, operation, integration, test, diagnostics, inspection, and maintenance of highly reliable avionics systems, such as wiring harnesses and electromechanical hardware. Responsibilities

Basic Success Criteria

• One or more of the following certifications: IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, IPC J-STD-001, NASA-STD-8739.4

Responsibilities

As a Flight Software Manager at Reliable Robotics, you'll lead and grow the team responsible for the safety critical flight software that makes the aircraft fly. You'll own the maturation of engineering processes to balance immediate engineering execution with formal DO-178C verification, supporting rapid integration and testing of GNC algorithms while building out the software architecture for certification.

You'll provide technical and architectural guidance on flight software components, from flight controls to redundancy management. Flight Software links together the mechanical, avionics, algorithmic, and embedded worlds to actually make the airplane fly. As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer, you will develop the test cases to support the test verification processes ensuring that the aviation products we develop are safe to fly and help provide a high-fidelity training environment for our flight-test crews.

Responsibilities

As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer on the Simulation and Test Systems team, you will be instrumental in testing and deploying autonomous aircraft software. The Simulation and Test Systems team architects, builds, and maintains the hardware and software infrastructure necessary to verify aircraft performance prior to flight testing. Your responsibilities include verifying flight software functionality across diverse integrated test environments, such as software-in-the-loop (SIL), hardware-in-the-loop (HITL), and on-aircraft testing. You will also author and execute test procedures for on-ground aircraft testing.

A key part of this role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated test scripts within our test ecosystem. These scripts will support functional testing and requirements-driven software tests necessary for FAA certification.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on position. You will coordinate with engineering teams throughout the company to develop test plans, execute tests, investigate issues, and drive problems to closure. You will also be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of test and simulation equipment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Engagement Manager– Digital Health Experience to lead the deployment, adoption, and engagement optimization of mobile digital health applications within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. About this Role: Vice President of Product

January AI is seeking a strategic, visionary, and execution-driven Vice President of Product to lead our product organization during a period of rapid growth and innovation. Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Product will own and evolve our product roadmap across mobile, web, AI-driven insights, and clinical-grade health features. You'll partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial leaders to deliver experiences that are trusted by users, embraced by clinicians, and scalable across consumer and enterprise segments. You should be deeply user-centric, data-informed, and comfortable operating across 0-to-1 product innovation and enterprise-scale product delivery. This role is ideal for a leader who wants to shape the future of metabolic health through breakthrough AI and multiomic experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with January AI's mission and commercial goals.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers and designers to execute across consumer, clinical, enterprise, and data products.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, and Commercial teams to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.
• Ensure all products are grounded in user research, evidence-based health science, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate complex AI and multiomic data into actionable insights for consumers and clinicians.
• Establish strong product processes: planning, execution, QA, user testing, sprint rituals, and stakeholder communication.
• Own product analytics, KPIs, and usage metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the voice of the user internally and with external partners, payers, and healthcare systems.
• Guide regulatory and compliance-related product decisions (HIPAA, FDA, etc.) in partnership with Clinical and Legal teams.
• Champion a culture of rapid iteration, data-informed decision-making, and exceptional user experience.

Qualifications

Required

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with 4+ years in a leadership role managing product teams.
• Proven success shipping and scaling products in digital health, AI/ML-powered software, or consumer SaaS.
• Track record of building B2C or B2B2C health products with high engagement and retention.
• Strong user empathy and ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and working in regulated environments.
• Experience with mobile and web app development, API integrations, and cross-platform consistency.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities and rapid execution.

Preferred

• Technical background or experience working with machine learning, sensor data, or connected devices.
• Understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.).
• Experience with glucose monitoring, metabolic health, or wearable health products.
• Background in behavioral science, habit formation, or health coaching product models.

Galvanize Therapeutics is a biomedical platform company operating at the convergence of engineering, biology, and healthcare delivery, aiming to deliver life-changing solutions to patients and their doctors. We design and develop Pulsed Electric Field Systems to achieve meaningful and lasting therapeutic outcomes for patients.

The Post Market Surveillance Analyst will aid in the continued maintenance and improvement of the Post-Market Surveillance program at Galvanize Therapeutics, specifically the complaint handling system. Work cross-functionally to ensure the complaints and Post-Market Surveillance program continues to function properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complaint handling process, including but not limited to MDR reporting, tracking and trending of complaints, and general oversight of individual complaint investigations. Maintain the PMS plans and reports as necessary.

• Oversee complaint handling with Customer Service, including but not limited to determining

reportability of complaints and overall complaint investigation oversight, review and closure.

• Support Regulatory in reporting of MDRs to appropriate authorities.

• Maintain and improve the complaint tracking and trending process for all Products.

• Collect and analyze data necessary for routine reports and updates to executive leadership.

• Monitor applicable standards updates and help update documents accordingly.

• Support Regulatory and Quality with internal and external audits.

Key Requirements

Education and Training: Bachelor's degree in science, math, or engineering preferred.

Skills and Experience: Organized and motivated team player with proficiency in PowerBI, Microsoft Word and Excel. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Quality or Regulatory affairs at a Medical Device company or similar industry. Experience with complaint handling and root cause investigations for disposables and/or capital equipment preferred.

Other: Hybrid work options available but must be available to work in the office 2-3 days/week.
